Mysteriouse Ship?

Hello, I wanted to ask if anyone else has seen this, and please forgive if this is something obvious and I’ve just never noticed. I was at the end of a Goldbite Grimlock Run, and just before i boarded the train, right before i would normally lose the ability to shoot, I noticed what looked like a rocket (there had been no rockets since the very beginning of the level) with a grey fuselage a few times the size of the red rocket head. It was far off in the distance, in the upper right corner of the screen flying to the right. Just for giggles i tapped it and Grimlock zapped it? I didn’t get a really good look, but I saw enough to be certain i had not seen anything like it any other time i have played, and it did create and ‘explosion’ when zapped. I’ve done about 1500 runs. I also didn’t notice if it gave any boost in coins or anything else. Has anyone seen anything like this? I would say i would try to get a screenshot if i see it again but i doubt i would be quick enough. Thanks.

It was a desert level. I did read the post about the big green missiles (which i have yet to notice, they sound scary). I wouldn’t describe the “UFO” as green of any kind, it was red and silver. Also it wasn’t flying at or anywhere near me, it almost seemed like it was just lollygagging around at the top right of the screen way off in the distance. I don’t think any other character besides maybe a Galvatron could have even hit such a target that far away.

Interesting. I can’t recall ever seeing anything like that. This is totally new to me. I’m going to have to pay closer attention the next time I play a desert node.

Cool, that’s why I figured I’d post about it. Just in case anyone else see’s it, and so others can look out for it. Maybe something they are going to introduce soon? It is really hard to notice and i think if i had tried to take the time to grab a screen shot it would have flown out of view. I was very surprised that the auto-aim focused on it and Grim zapped it when i tapped it.

Well you were lucky you were playing a Grimlock, since those guys have the best targeting in the game!

@Optimuspig, yes very fortunate I had Grimlock, Like i said i think only he or Galvatron could have had a chance at hitting it.

@partshade I had never see it either, or since, and FWIW i didn’t feel like it was going to hit me. It wasn’t coming at me and it was very far off in the distance. It was flying from left to right and seemed to be headed off screen. I only tapped it because it was something different, and was curious.

@ladydi02 I would certainly try to grab a cap, but like i said it was quick and right at the end o a run so I don’t think i would be quick enough. If i get one i will post it.

Also @Optimuspig, I finally encountered one of the green missiles youe were talking about. It seemed to have appeared out of nowhere, like it was all of a sudden right in front of me, didn’t even have a chance to shoot at it. Luckily I had the state farm sheid up so I didn’t see what it did for damage. Scary though, when you see them are you able to see them coming or to they just appear in front of you like they seemed to do to me? Thanks

I played a desert level Yesterday and saw it! It was flying away from me but it looked like the green missles your talking about but silver. Couldn’t take a picture because my phone doesn’t have that option.

@hxadecmel I’ve only ever seen the Big Green Missile show up in Pig City, and it’s only ever showed up twice for me.

No idea where it launches from – both times I was lucky to see it – it was coming in from far off on the horizon, on the top left side of the screen and moved slowly in through the middle of the screen, so I had enough time to target and kill it. It only takes a single hit.

But I haven’t seen it for a while now, and I have no idea if there’s a particular trigger event for it to show up, or if it’s totally random.

I saw where it fired from and it came from one of the missle launcher things.

Green Missiles – UGHHHHHHH. I had loads of them coming at me and I died because I had nothing to use against them.

Huh, interesting. As I mentioned above, I’ve only ever seen the Green Missiles twice, and each time only one showed up.

I’d still like to see what this ship is though.

Nope, not the same thing. The Green Missile we were talking about has only appeared (so far) in the Pig City nodes and looks a lot like a regular Red Missile except that it moves a lot slower and its flight path is less erratic than a Red Missile.

@ladydi102 those things are just shot by pigs, not missiles. Missiles are launched at launch pads, not shot by pigs.
