Im sure this is probably an old trick but I stumbled upon it myself and thought I’d share for those that don’t know. You’ll get unlimite destruction by:
1. Flinging the Mighty Eagle spell card
2. Pause the game as soon as you see the black bird shadow swoop across the screen.
3. Un-pause the game after 1 or 2 seconds have passed.
That’s it. The timing doesn’t have to be perfect when you pause, anyone can pull it off 99% of the time. The longer you leave the game paused, the more damage the spell will do. 1 or 2 seconds is long enough but I recommend at least once you leave the game paused for 10 secs or more just to see a whole stage abliterated by the spell :)
