Holiday compensation ?

A few days ago, when I went to Epic and checked my notifications, I noticed one from the Mighty Eagle, which I didn’t read, and which rewarded me by 60 Lcs. So, I was finally able to buy the Paladin ! In the forum I’ve read posts about bugs in the “Holidays event”, which I almost didn’t play, and about requests of compensation. So, I guess this reward is actually this “compensation”. I have several questions :

-What’s this “event bug”?
-Has anyone else got this reward?
-Has anyone anyone, in this case, read ME’s message ?

@zackvoyager all players recieved 60 lucky coins as compensation for holiday event’s bug, no matter wether they played or not holiday event’s levels.
