    Jonny Bairstow would be good batting for the Pork side.

    Nah, 5 Garazeb Orrelios.All you need to know about that character Dan is it’s an anagram of Albie Rogers Roza.No further comment required.

    Just stick some T Rex on the jukebox.

    See Wayne Rooney is getting some cosh over his punditry skills(or lack of)on MOTD.Have to say when every second word he utters is “erm” it makes for painful viewing.I also think he over eggs the tactical side of things ,it’s like he’s auditioning for his next managerial job.And let’s face it he’s even worse at that than he is at punditry.

    Here’s my suggestion Wazza:Buy a window cleaning round and send Colleen out into Manchester’s red light district.Did you know I used to be a careers advice officer?

    @desperate-dan

    Yes, YJB definitely gone over to the Pork side.

    I see Rangers had Antman and Aasgaard in their squad tonight.Marvelous isn’t it?

    Won’t get drawn on football matters, it’s still the cricket season.

    Welsh Fire now with a 1-9 record. Plucked defeat from victory in the latest match.

    It will take me a week to get to Jurassic Pork, in the mean time.

    One of my customers came to the door today sporting a huge cut on his forehead and bruises on his face.He said “Don’t make laugh I’ve got cracked ribs as well”.Apparently his ride on lawn mower cowped when he mowed a strip near the river.He went headlong into what he now calls his lucky boulder as he reckons but for that he might have been pinned underneath the mower at the bottom of the river.

    Totally unrelated but earlier in the spring he found a fledgling starling on the ground and nurtured it successfully so that now it’s in the rudest of health.It perches on his shoulder(his shirt is always covered in bird poo) and even lands on your hand when you put it out.

    The crow family and starlings in particular have always fascinated me,they seem to have more than yer average quotient of quirky characteristics.Murmeration is one of the most awesome performances in all nature in my view.I used to them at it in Edzell when the dark nights came in but not for a few years .Here’s a little taster.https://youtu.be/X0sE10zUYyY?si=DdZ_kXGJsiFvHEYA

    I’m not sure which is worse the Welsh cricket team or the rugby team.What’s that Greavesey,the football team?Harsh.

    Desperate Dan
    @desperate-dan

    Jackdaws can’t compete with starlings for murmerations but I have been amazed at the size of the flocks and the racket they make in the evening as they swoop around in their hundreds and settle down to roost in the hospital grounds. It’s very Hitchcock.

    Ooooooh, I will talk football now. Arsenal about to steal Eze from under Tottenham’s noses. That is so so sweet.

    What’s the equivalent in Brechin?

    realfish
    @realfish

    Well DD ( @desperate-dan ) looks like you still have some work to do on Danger Above, really 9 scores that are double digits c’mon  lol

    Desperate Dan
    @desperate-dan

    I’m trying @realfish, I really am. Thought I’d start with 7-2. Been on that for about a week. Might have given up by now except for the fact that I have had 162k and one pig left that I completed missed. Enough for the trophy. So if I can do it once surely I can do it again. Surely.

    Thanks for the encouragement anyway. And welcome (back?) to the BP.

    Brian N
    @briann

    Hi @realfish and how dare you interrupt our discussion about football to talk about Angry Birds.I’m sure they have a forum for that.

    Anyways as for Spozz Levy living up to his parsimonious rep again has cost them.They’ve been in discussions with Eze for 3 weeks arguing about a few quid here and there and Arsenal just pay the money and in 3 hours he’s theirs.Sweet for you very bitter for Spurs.

    Time for a change of pace and a Wayne Rooney tactical masterclass methinks.

    “So Wazza 3 Hologram Darth Sidious in the Melt today what do you think of that selection?”

    “Erm(pronouced aim) he’s a good erm lad.’lectric longshot on him.Erm cos he’s an erm hologram impossible to erm mark.He erm ghosts past defenders like.I’d erm play ‘im in erm midfield wid de boy Vader in an erm 5-4-3-2-1 formation…”

    “Er sorry to interrupt wayne but last time I checked only 11 players were allowed on the pitch,by my count you’re 4 players too many there?”

    “Are you erm suggest’n’ dat my tictacs are erm naive?Come ‘ere yeh erm snarky git,I’ll erm give yus the Kirkby kiss…

    Interview terminated.

    Brian N
    @briann

    OK so I got 3HDS in the Carb Melt today(my recollection of once getting 5 in a go wasn’t too far off the mark).Shouldn’t complain but 4 would’ve been brilliant as some Nester left a breadcrumb guiding me to a Darth Sideous level where you’re pretty much guaranteed 150k points.

    Annoyingly I now have 6 reward levels where 1 character will unlock.Probably need 2 for Chopper as I’m no Caseycolorado(for those who don’t know(mainly Dan) he was a bit of a SW II legend with several top scores and a man who certainly knew how to handle his Chopper.)

    Had a look at the Challenge for the first time in months @desperate-dan and found more tumbleweed there than in the BP.Is that par for the course these days or just a wet Thursday in Rio?

    Desperate Dan
    @desperate-dan

    Yes, pretty quiet these days. There are some exceptions. I always try the ABo levels but it is very hard for me to beat my scores. I could probably beat my scores most days on other levels that I can actually access. A combination of weird level choices and no actual pups does not help, of course. Asher quite regularly posts, also the doc, the wonderbird and one or two others.

    Desperate Dan
    @desperate-dan

    Having said all that, the doc has bagged a “pup” today on a Seasons Challenge. I think over the last  few months, asher, the doc, comex and me have a pup apiece. But I haven’t been scientifically counting.

    Brian N
    @briann

    Seasons challenge eh?

    Desperate Dan
    @desperate-dan

    Nine LGBTQ players in England rugby squad. Why is that? Am I even allowed to ask that?   Quite a few in the cricket team too. I’m sure @briann will have a view. I’m saying nothing.

    Brian N
    @briann

    Think it’s all that scrum activity erm and as with the women’s football team the testosterone.

    Tough Challenge think like last night’s I may have left it too late.

    Desperate Dan
    @desperate-dan

    Another Seasons Challenge alert @briann.

    You have not been charged for this service during our 30 day trial period.

    Brian N
    @briann

    Thanks @desperate-dan but after missing out by a few hundred points yesterday I might give it a swerve.

    Desperate Dan
    @desperate-dan

    Just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse for Welsh Rugby…

    But what do the Scots care?

    Brian N
    @briann

    C’mon Dan the men’s team are on a roll after beating Japan.One and counting.
