The Christmas turtle (green one) are easier then previous normal monsters.

I am at lvl99 green turtle now and I’m still able to one shot them with a captain with over 150 and a shield of 3k+ (I don’t have SP items)

Their hit seems to be weaker.

@mighty-red-1, I was on 8.3 on my 3 yr old iPad until just recently. Playing on my yr old iPhone is so much smoother than on iPad that I broke down & updated to 9.2 on my iPad when Moby Dick appeared. I really had a hard time playing the new Island on 8.3 because the tiles just didn’t react the same & there was a serious lag in how they fell down the board, sometimes everything just stopped moving (literally it came to a grinding halt) & there would be big empty gaps on the Board.

With this Monster Event I needed all the help I could get to try for Top 500 & it wasn’t going to happen with the way the 1st few bird rounds of Moby Dick reacted; I just presumed that the game was designed to be more compatible with the more recent iOS & now that I’m on 9.2 it’s going a little better. The play still isn’t nearly as smooth as on my iPhone, but iPad is better than it was.

Well after some extremely hard work (And a streak of Frog Pigs :D) I finally managed to get the Christmas Glasses. Now onto the fight for the Golden Santa Beanie!
