Blew Event – Neon Soundwave

It’s time for a new event! The top prize is Neon Soundwave (N.B. Eligible only if you have the Prime Pass for this war season).

This event uses two TFs and no energonicon.

Special feature(s): all five alternate TNT blocks

The bonus squad is Cobalt Crew (16 33), consisting of Neon Soundwave (6 / SR Killer 115 [this should have been originally marked as provisional]) and Neon Prowl (42).

These TFs and (twice) Lord Megatron Neon (60) from Raging Squad are in the exchange with accessories, but only if you bought Prime pass(es).

Somehow i got neon soundwave for free (0 tokens in the exchange) even though i dont pay for the pass.

Anyone else have this happen?

I have Laserbeak in the exchange for 1500 tokens but I already own and use it.  Wonder what other oops there are out there.

The spire’s the building at bottom-left at the map, which used to hold a game of chance called “shockwave’s spire”, but now contains the war pass stuff.
Relevant to this topic: it’s where (after collecting Neon Soundwave for free and accessories for not-free in the token exchange), I spotted the red exclamation mark, tapped on it, and was then gifted the entire prime pass contents – including Neon Prowl – at no charge.

i bought rumble in exchange, but i ended up with laserbeak. Looks like in the exchange, the description is correct but the picture and matching name is wrong.

At least overpowering Neon Soundwave worked flawlessly. And now Neon Soundwave can kill WMTs with ease – and complete a Spark Run.

Wish I had noticed (or looked here!) sooner. Unlocked my free Neon Soundwave just now and came to see if anyone else was talking about this LoL.

How are y’all accessorizing him? I presume Acid Rounds is better choice than the Explosive Force options.

I think that I first tested both Laserbeak (acid rounds) and Beastbox (explosive force) and then ended up with Beastbox.

This is a mess with the accessories.  You get something entirely different in the token exchange vs. acquiring them with crystals + coins.  I inadvertently wasted tokens on vehicle time.  Wish I had bought gold crates instead.
