@oldblackmagic You have to go to the Rovio support page (just google Rovio support), register with them and submit a request.
I would just say something like “Yesterday I lost my three banners playing in the arena. At the objective reset time today, I received my new set of objectives but the banners did not reset. I had to spend 20 LCs to get a set of three new banners in order to play to achieve my new set of objectives. Could I please have the 20 LCs I spent on the new set of banners refunded to my account?”
They should respond relatively quickly – but you will have to wait until at least Monday in Finland. I can’t guarantee they will refund the LCs, but I would expect that they would. You just need to be clear, polite and unambiguous.
With regard to the bug with the pirates, see the Pirates thread. The bug occurs when you stun one of the pirates – they for some reason respond as if counter was active when you stun them.
