Angry Birds Star Wars Moon of Endor Level 5-25 Walkthrough

Our strategy for Angry Birds Star Wars Moon of Endor level 5-25 is to fling Luke above the first pig, slicing him and the branch beyond. Loft Han high in the air, shooting through the suspended pig and off the metal wall on the right side. If the ricochet causes the top structure to fail, the stars are yours! The score in the video below is 58,910.

Instead of the high lob, fling just below the 2 remaining pieces of rope and use the same ricochet method to get the rest

@tinus – this is how I got my best score, thanks for the tip however…I Hate this level!!! My ricochet’s never hit hard enough to make the right side logs roll down. I have had the ricochet hit back as it should and damage the vertical cement plank holding them in place but it never slices completely through. I am losing out on those much needed points. I swear when I went to bed last night and closed my eyes…I saw flashing red lasers shooting in my mind, lol…this is a definite side of an AB addict, lol ;-) Oh well…can’t expect to master them all, lol ;-D

I agree! Almost gave up until the AT destroyed all of the left platform, reaching 21k. Afte that, the ricochet, even if not very powerful, was enough to get rid of the other 2 piggies and gave me finally 3*.

Aim Luke at the top of the AT ST’s head and slicing the log. While the AT ST is shooting himself in the knee, aim Han at top pig and fire at the bottom horizontal panel, deflecting shots to the vertical horizontal panel and into the top right pig. The AT ST will eventually collapse and with luck, fire shots into the hanging pig. (Sometimes Han takes out the hanging pig on his descent.)

It’s worth to wait until the AT is finished shooting himself. Sometimes it lands so that it fires all around, shooting everything except the top pig. Even if it does not, it takes out more debris. Only when it is shooting upwards, it makes the second shot a little more difficult. But hey, you want the points now, don’t you :-)

I finally managed to get the ricochet most of the time, but I can’t get enough points to 3*. I raised my score from 53 to 56K., but I just can’t find the extra 2K. I wait for the AT-ST to destroy himself. Is there anything else to put me over? I watched the video and can’t see much difference in the amount of debris.

@tinus – can you elaborate on where or what angle you are going at the top left pig, and where abouts to you tap for the laser to hit the bottom plank? I’m having no luck here ;-(
Thank you in advance for any tips…from anyone!!!

I started out basically as shown in the video, but the hard part there is getting the hanging pig on the way down. So I tried a different approach by shooting under the rock rather than over it. Just aim below the 2 pieces of rope still hanging there after the AT went down (but wait till it is done killing itself). The flightpath will point to around the remains on the bottom/the metal vertical bar. When in downward flight, after passing the rope, it’s possible to shoot right and upwards, straight through the hanging pig and then the ricochet part with the right vertical bar as shown in the video. Aiming point is just above the middle of the vertical bar. Getting the exact aiming point for a good ricochet may take some practise, but it’s repeatable when you get the hang of it. It’s an easier shot than the video I think. You can get 3 stars this way.

The method by Stevenellie is what you need for a really high score. The “trick” here is that the AT may do a lot of kill & destroy after finishing off its own knees, so wait for that. For my current score of 71930, it took out everything except the top pig. So I used a second bird to get that one, blasting the remains on the top right for some extra points.

However, usually the AT ends up shooting straight upwards, what adds a little difficulty. The trick now is to shoot Luke towards the upper pig, shooting the horizontal bar and maybe getting the hanging pig if the AT didn’t get it. The flight path for Luke should go along the “white balcony bar stripe in the background” to get Luke (hopefully) falling on the hanging pig. Aim his shots (before he reaches the hanging rock of course) at the left side of the horizontal metal bar for a good ricochet (a little debris there shouldn’t be a problem, a piece of log is). If both Luke misses the hanging pig on his way down and the AT didn’t get it first, of course you’ll need a third bird to finish the level off. But check your score first to see if that’s worth the effort.

(You guys, you actually made me replay this level several times for these pointers. Never thought that would happen. Getting asked for help here, that is :-D ).

It’s funny that the one part where you wrote, “Before he reaches the hanging rock of course”, lol…this is what I was doing wrong…I was waiting to shoot the lasers after he hit the top left pig on the rock! No wonder I couldn’t get the ricochet angle right! I have improved a little bit to 60290 but at least I know how to do it now ;-)))That middle, low hanging pig hardly ever gets hit with my AT-ST when he rolls over and not too much luck getting him with the second bird as of yet. I’ll have to keep at it now that I am doing it correctly…thanks again ;-)))

@yor-el, what @to-walking-tall asked is for you to share where you sent the 1st bird (Luke) to get a one-bird top score. That would be the strategy…where did you fling him and when (if) did you activate his laser? Was it like the video (with a lot of random luck) or did you find a different direction? You do have almost 10k than the person below you in the leaderboard. I am still below average (less than 60k) on this level so I would really appreciate some more detail on what you did to get over 84k. Thanks!

I send Luke exactly like in the 3 stars’ vidéo but the AT-AT falls diffently and destroys his legs , shoot the hanging pig and by rebound destroys the house to kill the las pig.

@mvnla2 – Here’s my strategy.
Aim Luke at top left corner of the ears of the AT-ST. Let him bounce onto and break the vine attached to the log. Don’t activate the saber. The turret will drop and starts to coyote its leg. Meanwhile Luke will drop down and if all goes to plan, he will bounce left onto the ankle-joint.

The knee will buckle and the turret comes down, facing east.
Now comes the random (it happens about every 1 in 25 shots, depending on how the turret drops), but repeatable part. The turret will shoot the rest of the leg and then has a path through the little house and the hanging pig onto the metal bar, ricocheting into the wooden block of the top structure. This will collapse and fall off.
Send Han towards the left-over pig on top and target the wooden discs on the right, severing the vine on which the log is still hanging. Log will drop in front of laser for more points.
75K shouldn’t be a problem :)
Good luck.

I’ve only had everything fall into place this one time & by that I mean only this once did the top structure come down with a ricochet to the far right. I can only dream of a score like yours, but I’ll keep flinging a little while longer & perhaps get a little closer.

Well something pretty odd just happened.

I’d been flinging on 5-26 for a dozen or so tries when I went back to 5-25 after having just watched @crazy-rider YouTube 5-25 video showing a score of 83230 with 4 birds. I opened this level again, watched crazy-rider YouTube again & when returning to phone to fling, as I released Luke, I noticed my score was 550. I didn’t see what was destroyed or had fallen for the points but crazy-rider’s 1st shot is the same as (cydog88) that scored my 70270 above. I just managed to improve to 75270 with 2 shots.

This is just the 2nd & ONLY time the top structure collapsed with the ricochet from the 1st shot, so I’m wondering …. perhaps there is a correlation between the 550 point start from partial collapse or self-destruction & the 1st shot ricochet taking out the top structure

CC: @mvnla2, I don’t have anything else to add. I have absolutely no clue as to where the mere 550 point start same from

I went for a higher lob with the 2nd bird just to give a better angle shooting at the logs on the right. Usually part of the roof of the structure stayed up on the platform, blocking a more straight shot.

@karen68 you got me curious as to just how often the strat works. You are certainly right with the 1 in 50 occurrence (if not higher) if you count all flings. I counted 100 flings where I bounced Luke correctly into the ankle joint, but did not count bad flings. I ended up with 5 out of the 100 or a 20% that were good to shoot the second bird.
