Walkthrough video and strategy for Angry Birds Star Wars Facebook Tournament Level #3 (Day 3, released on October 2nd, Week 42 which began on September 30th, 2013). Our non power-up strategy is to send Han Solo towards the base of the right structure, and aim his blaster at the left corner of the floating platform. The shots should ricochet towards the bottom left pig. The score in the video below is 61,520.

It seems to be possible get 3 star score if you aim Han right above first pig, grazing it and shooting at the same time up at first triangle.
And I got it, 60k+ some 4-5 times after 20 crystals but 64,740 with last one. Aimed Han at the ear of the first pig and released it as platform started to descend. Took shot at the first stone triangle as Han grazed the first pig and one beam destroyed pig with helmet, one bounced somewhere and one destroyed wooden panel at the last tower. And pieces things fell nicely down.
Timing of the shot is everything… but once you get it just right, it works perfectly. 66,290

I got 62,780 so far. No PUs.
Yes it took some doing but I felt that this was the best method no PUs.
1st bird on a high arc, shooting for the hovering sled. Aim for left side, triangle. 1 shot, No P/U’s. 61k
Aim Han so he just barely stays below the first rack of hanging bars. Launch him when the platform is at the bottom of its cycle. When he gets below the 2nd solid triangle, fire vertically into the 2nd solid triangle.
Han will continue on to take out the tower on the right and cause it to tip to the left, dropping debris into the middle. The blaster shots will take out the pig on the top, and one should make it clear through to bounce off the left solid triangle and hit the leftmost pig. Score 94,900.
