Our strategy for Angry Birds Star Wars Cloud City level 4-29 is an impressive one-bird clear. Aim Lando into the fan’s jetstream; Lando himself will end up going through the top-right structure. A split second after launch, shoot the leftmost pig with Lando’s blaster. The lasers can ricochet into the suspended platform, and onward through the chains on the far right. The score in the video below is 84,380.

With ONE bird of course. Before I not post my previous score (83K+) when I stop empty of ideas. Today I return at nice style: from #29 to #1 :) – at the moment. First of all – I rised by error. Yes, I was mistaken an aiming point.

TIP: there is a WIDE corridior to pass. Check top and down border and all between. Along the way I rised several times.

@spdlives – I actually got my highest score so far with two shots. My 1st shot like the vid left the two right hanging piggies and had to use the Lando bird.

You can also short-toss Lando into the top of the closest Stormtrooper, making sure to go through the chain that’s holding up the blower. Right after takeoff, fire a laser towards the right-most Stormtrooper at the top. I was able to clear the whole board doing this but I never got higher than 81,450 and it appears that 82,000 is required to get 3 stars (though I’m sure it’s possible to get 3 stars using my method).

Alternate strategy, fire Lando about where the dark lines cross on the wall below the right pink stripe. (Almost like video, very slight adjustment). Now comes the hard part, fire backwards at the center high platform when Lando is about over the fourth pig from the left. The laser needs to be about 90 degree angle with left platform. Ideally you want to ricochet off the top platform, hit the left platform, have it explode, ricochet to break the chain while top platform and the now moving fan destroy everything else (Lando bird takes care of top as in video). There is potential for higher score if you can hit the chain at the top so the fan will slide all the way down ( I have not been able to do this).

@wicket182 thanks for the strat!! Couldn’t get the chain to break just right either, maybe the top scorer used this strat and was able to hit it just right?! I can for sure see higher scores with that happening!!

It’s even fun when you miss lol which i can’t say for any other level..just watching the lasers bounce and the different ways all the piggies find their demise..i love it!!,

Thank you for sharing @wicket182. I was having trouble getting it “just right,” so I watched some YouTube videos & wicket182 may have inspired them, looking at the upload dates.

Two birds strategy.
Farst bird like video.
Second bird hit most left structure and cut four chains.
I get more points give up this level.

If the highest platform remains after your first shot, firing a second bird to cut the chains and hit the platform not only extends the time-out period (at least it seemed to), but usually gets you slightly over 10,000 points. This worked whether you sniped all the storm troopers or not with the first shot, but you have to be relatively quick if you did get them all.

I’ve noticed on all the videos with the first shot the laser shoots forward, but I’ll be darned if I can shoot it any other way than backwards! Must be doing something wrong. On a PC—but that shouldn’t make any difference. I’ve cleared the field many times with 2 shots, but seems none were good enough to even get the minimum 3 star score. :-( Any advice other than keep trying? Thanks.

Took about six tries using video strat, 84940. Seems more repeatable than some of the other strats.

I used the @wicket182 strat. It might be helpful to have a different description of it, since (at least so far) @comex666 hasn’t made a video. Aim like the video or lower. Higher will work too but lower seems to make things easier. You need to hit the top platform hard enough to break it up. A piece needs to break the scaffolding under the fan (or the fan won’t go down enough) I aim in the middle or a little to the right of middle. Two of the shots should hit the left platform,and/or the chain. The platform needs to turn red and tip. The chain also need to be cut. If the chain is cut short, and the scaffolding is at least hit by something before the fan goes down, you have a good chance for a good score. Like @wicket182, I have been unable to cut the chain all the way to the top.

@stocktoad @comex666 it has been so long ago that I had difficulty following my own strategy. Seemed so clear at the time. Now with the video the interpretation factor is removed. Thanks, wish I could make videos.
