As far as I concluded player can’t use LCS in Revenge of Pigs boss levels. @wicket182 @thee-michelle have you tried?

I understood it in a process to find 3 star minimum.
Other than this level, LCS is unusable in B2-20.

Use the first bird to push the upper-leftmost blocks to the right, horizontally across the top. Destruction rains down from above. You can get a one bird clear that way.

I do the first bird similar to the video, but I fling Obi Wan to the left of the stack (instead of hitting it) and tap just to the right of the right red box. When timed correctly, one of the small metal squares opens the first red box of bombs, and the other small metal square opens the other. (This can be enough to clear the level — I got a one-pig 196k this way.)

In my personal best (203,740 for the current #2 spot) all the pigs were popped except Dooku, with not much rubble remaining. I then swapped for the TIE fighter which I flung at a pile on the ground in the middle right (which was rich with wood and chains for lots of points on impact) and fired the blasters at the triangle above and to the right of Dooku. That set off the TNT, killing Dooku. In the meantime, the rocks he flung destroyed some blocks and chains lying on the ground on the far left.

2 birds strategy.
First swap to Chopper. The position to aim at is the same as video.
Using his power, please burn all upper after exceeding structure.
Fortunately, bomb fell into the good position and destroyed many pieces.
In the case of me, Boss Pig was left.
Second swap to imperial officer. Aim him in right above; 50% of lasers in Boss Pig.
The remainder laser destroyed pieces as much as possible and got further score in rocks from Boss Pig.

Chopper followed by cleanup with The Inquisitor is really powerful on a lot of levels. Like @thee-michelle, I burned up the top with Chopper, and then I threaded him into the upper right chamber. Enough stuff fell to take out Duku, and the big square metal block bounced onto the TNT. All that was left was one pig in a mostly collapsed structure on the far left. I flung The Inquisitor down into the middle of that pile, and activated him after impact (just in case that would allow for more destruction — I don’t know if it does). It took out nearly everything. Thank you @caseycolorado and @thee-michelle I used Chopper along the top and cleared all in 1 bird. It increased my score by 8k to 204790 but it took a few goes to get it right.
