Angry Birds Space Utopia Level 4-8 Walkthrough

Utopia level 4-8 is possibly the most enjoyable level in the episode. One strategy is to send a Red bird above the … well, big red bumper with its own gravitational field? Anyways, fire the Red bird north of that so it bounces off the right wall and ricochets into the pile of kernels below. Then sit back and watch the chaos unfold! If you are super unlucky and a pig survives, the Blue bird should help. Alternatively, you can aim the Red bird directly into the bottom part of the big red bumper to have the bird bounce directly into the pile of kernels. Whatever your heart desires!

Sent the bird on the right corner of the left square bumper. It will ricochet to the middle round bumper and down to the corn pop all the corn wich kill all the pig. With luck after more ricochet the red bird get the lollipop. One birder gave me 62750

Btw, I found out you get 3000 points if you break the lollipop head, the stick doesn’t count :P

62280 with this method @traneric the red bird missed out on the lollipop by a second or so, it would have hit it, but the time ran out since the last pig was killed. So a possible 65k is doable, which makes the current 1st spot at 64.8k a spot to aim for :-)

Just made 64240 using Traneric method. It took me about 20 tries with a couple of results at +63k. Definitely the easiest way to get high score on that level.

I hit an almost horizontal shot, slightly lower, to have red bird hit bottom of the red center bumper shere. It bounced straight down on the corn and popcorn went everywhere. Very fun to watch ;-)

Also found if you are unlucky and have 1 pig that doesn’t pop (usually top right one), you can hold off on the blue bird as the popcorn will keep bouncing and with luck one will (eventually) take out the final pig…

64240 using Traneric’s shot. Usually get all the pigs, or the lollipop and leave the upper right pig. This time I got ’em both.
I have found the easiest way to get all of the pigs is to use Traneric’s shot, and wait until the closest pig to the bumper sphere is nearly to the top side( all on one side) and then fire it down range. But> this will not leave room for the red bird to bounce around and reach the lollipop in time.

Tried both shots as described in other posts, and both gave ok result, but lower shot finally gave 64K one time. I think you need popped corn to cluster around the middle bumper, and have red bounce up and down between middle bumper and bottom shelf where kernels were, to clear as much popped corn as possible. Top right pig has to be the last to go or else the level will time out too soon. On this occasion I sent red at reduced speed, although I don’t really know if that was a factor. Most corn was cleared, one final piece knocked top right pig into gravity field, and at the last minute red bounced off middle bumper to take out lollipop. After many tries I think it was down to the AB gods to give me the extra luck :))

I went with the rebound off the lower bumper too, but couldn’t find any consistent way to get the lollipop, or to keep most of the popcorn from flying off into space. Maybe hitting the pile of kernels as close to the middle as possible keeps the red bird rebounding underneath the round bumper, which makes it more likely to eventually go down to hit the lollipop, but no two shots seemed the same with all that popcorn bouncing around.
Like you said, most of it needs to gather & percolate round that middle bumper after the initial “pop”. The upper right pig also has to survive the initial outburst so the level doesn’t time out. And the antenna things from the pig bubbles can give a few extra points if they’re destroyed rather than floating away.
I found this one a bit tedious after a while, although playing with the sound up so you can hear the popcorn crunching makes it a bit more fun. :D

Very nice @peejaydee27. I actually remember this level from 2012 when I got incredibly lucky with 64870 (August per my Leaderboard score date,) on OLD Android phone by shooting down, I had to get the lollipop for this score. Whether on Android phone now or ipad, my best is 60800 on iPad. Hats off peejaydee27…well deserved & I would not mind revisiting this one again in a year or so @admins
