Has anyone gotten 3* on this level?
Who knows, seems very difficult. My score is 49710 and is not 3 *
@mvnla2 I have 45,100 and it is still 2 stars. This was with 2 birds. I have come very close to a 1 birder so many times, but it hasn’t happened yet. It’s a really difficult level. This one and pig bang 20 are killing me!!!
Sincerely tired of trying to 3 star this level. I have 3 stars on every level of angrybirds and this one is the hardest so far.
I have been working on the Pig Dipper videos for a week now, coming back to this level everyday, but I still don’t have the 3* strat :(

Yes, 3*. I believe it was done with a single bird. If you hit the boat at about 11 or 12 o’clock, and you are lucky, the wreckage can take down down both structures. Took many tries.
@fogride thanks for that info, did you come in from the side or did you come in from the orbit of the top planet?
@e-star I was trying to leave some mystery… and am so not sure. I think it was an inside pitch. You either have to fling very quickly or wait for the boat to come around.

I’m not positive I understand what you mean by an inside pitch. I’m assuming you mean under the small right planet, but how close to the edge of the gravity field, and where do you split the blues?
Sorry @mvnla2, that’s what I get for trying to be cute. I meant between the two gravity fields, as opposed to a slingshot orbit around the outside right side. Have you checked the non-mirror 3*? It might also work here.

One bird strategy, it was not just luck but be prepared to try some times.
Aim the blues under the moon du they come in to the moons gravity field and slightly turns up. Release when the boat passes the lower tower and split so the lover blues breaks the upper glass of the upper tower and the two others takes out the boat and tower and hopefully the last pig on the bottom.

Finally, I have a working 1-bird strategy.
Details:
Aim below the little moon, so that the point of closest approach to the moon is 1/3 of the distance from the surface of the moon to the edge of the gravity field.
Release when the boat is at about 10 o’clock, when the bow starts to come just over the pig on the bottom.
Split fairly late, when the bird has just left the influence of the minor gravity field.
The boat will sink and take out both the lone pig and the upper right tower. This part is repeatable. The next part is not quite as repeatable, but in less than 20 attempts or so you should get it: One of the birds should circle the planet once, skipping the water a few times. It should then hit the glass pane just next to the pig in the tower and break it, and hopefully pop the last pig.

@f91jsw (@e-star, @mvnla2), yes that’s the strat that I incompletely described: inside pitch hitting the boat when it’s at 11 o’clock. Glad to help… wait a second, I lost my Top Score…

Eeeh, I don’t know why but I got this level as shown in the video on my 3rd try. Must be luck.
So not only is this one of the most difficult levels but each attempt takes sooooo long!
One bird, just like @f91jsw describes, thanks! (whining to the rescue again!)
I think I have deciphered this level! Instead of the patient timing that everyone used, I found a completely different shot that scores higher and can be quickly done upon reset:
Like in this picture, fling Blue at half slingshot power, through north half of small gravity field;
See the moving boat’s two FRONT blocks (triangle and rectangle)? Split the Blues so that the top Blue gets STUCK between those two blocks. You’ll know it worked when the birdlet starts doing lots of hurt sounds and emanating white smoke.
The other two birdlets will miss the moving ship and swim their way to wreak havoc on the lowest tower…
And here’s the weird part. The poor little bird who got stuck in the boat is able to gradually (finishing with 2 laps around the planet) break the rectangle piece, but this damage ACTUALLY only occurs when the boat is between 9 o’clock and 12 o’clock. Outside this area, damages will cease until boat returns there. Yeah, it’s strange. But it serves its purpose in a kinda satisfactory way. The rectangle will break, freeing the stone triangle to sink and disrupt things underwater; the stuck birdy is finally freed and pops the boat pig, making the boat sink as well.
Just hope that all pigs get popped! (red-mustache pig is stubborn.) However, the position of when the rectangle breaks (and thus of the falling boat pieces) seem to NOT be just luck. The other two birdlets that firstly missed the boat, for instance, may float and end up in the way of the boat later. They seem to do a little more damage to the rectangle, adding variance to how early or late the collapse happens. There’s more nuances, but you better play and meet them yourself.
Here is the proof for my score of 57,870; and here’s the trajectory and final debris. I think 59k can be done if damaging extra blocks (like stones from top tower and boat).
All so tricky! And I believe this strat is DESIGNED by the devs, because it’s so specific (like the alignment of where the boat gets damaged, the quick timing after reset… everything). Funny how you not only have to find this general shot: you have to get specific details correctly to pop red-mustache pig or get good damage. These tricky strats make me super pleased in Space Mirror World.
