Golden Eggsteroid #10 is located on level 7-11 of Angry Birds Space Cosmic Crystals. The Golden Eggsteroid is on the far side of the crane in the northeast corner of the level. While obtainable using Red birds, the Lazer bird is likely easiest. Sling him counterclockwise around the planet, then redirect down onto the Eggsteroid. Once you hit the egg you’ll immediately be transported via a wormhole to the level, which pays homage to the classic arcade game of pinball. The general strategy here is mostly luck, though there is a degree of strategy in where you aim the bird at launch. The further east you aim, the farther the bird will travel on its initial launch through the game… at least until you start hitting the wall. Use as few birds as possible to earn 3 stars.
If you need help, the video below shows the location of the Golden Eggsteroid a strategy for passing the level with 3 stars.
130k with 2 birds and all the crystals… 140k is possible.
Congrats great top score!
Very difficult level for me.
Wow! Same here..
I got 129k with two birds! :)
125k with 3 birds and most crystals. Good job, @burpie
Well…this is pure torture!!! If you have absolutely NOTHING better to do I suppose it might be fun?
I agree with you!
Yep. This level made me pretty cranky. The only 2 shots that weren’t luck were the spinning pig and the other pig at the top. I suggest firing RB into the right side at a 45 degree upward angle just when the spinning pig is at 6 o’clock. That will get him. As for the top left pig, fire a little higher, into the left side of the shooter slot, and that will get the pair and maybe the blue prize too.
Sorry “pig” not “pair”
This level is AWESOME ! Pure luck, but I like the concept.
I don’t really think so.
99k is 2 stars, 100k is 3 star min.
To get this abysmal level over with as fast as possible, shoot 2 birds right away. The chances of a one birder are closer to none than slim and this way you can evaluate the first two shots in half the time to see if you want to reset. Those with even less optimism might want to shoot 3. As @steinbird says, it does make sense to shoot them carefully, however, and try for the two pigs that aren’t 100% luck.
The only strat that worked for me. Shot first 2 birds using the star (in the chute) as a guide. 1st through center with 2nd at the east point. Waited then shot 3rd to the middle of the star again. 114k. Too much luck…moving on.
Thanks for the advice @stocktoad :) Jeez I used to Looove pinball but not here lol..at least that they could let you control the flippers! !
@kathy Way back when…… there were pinball games that I was totally the master at. This one….not so much. Good luck, but it’s not the same.
Thanks @stocktoad ‘the good old days’yep i remember them well.
these eggsteroid levels are hard for me
especially 15 i dont know how to control the cannon thing:(
Anyone ever gotten a bird trapped under the bottom right flipper? It lies on the rock while the flipper just keeps beating the crap out of him. I almost snorted ginger ale out my nose when I noticed that.
Yep, I had one sit there while all the other birds did their business, and had to manually reset.
122, 3-birds. first one ever so slightly left of center, didn’t time it right and it didn’t take out the circling pig, bounced right past it twice. Almost reset but figured why not have a go. second one over the top. eventually it got the rest, and a LOT of jewels. third one timing as I see someone else has recognized, when pig is at about 4:00, to drop thru the chutes and take him out.
Uggghhh… I had hoped that there might be some strategy to this. Oh well. Fling, swear, repeat.
128k:

Ty @comex666 for the video! I haven’t the faintest why there is no comment here by me. So I tried to reconstruct my play on video but could get only 118k at best. Luckily your video is very close to what I can recall just more entertaining because of that simultaneous 2 bird action.
As I recall it I played this for days to get the top score. Unlike many others I found it relaxing and enjoyable but of course I wasn’t playing for any particular score with a time limit.
This really is one of the worst episodes ever; no skill at all, only luck. Fling and keep your fingers crossed.
Oh no! Another of those levels. Definitely qualifies as one of the infamous Dr O’Neski “random number generators’
(Sorry to preempt any comment from @steviep147!!).
Enough already! What rubbish.
