Our strategy for Angry Birds Space Cosmic Crystals level 7-10 is to destroy the north planet with the Red bird. This can be done by hitting the TNT directly after passing through the northernmost pig, or by directly attacking the planet and hoping debris pops said pig. Send the Lazer bird south and target the TNT. The surrounding asteroids will pop the remaining pigs. The score in the video below is 71,310.

New Event – Energon Windblade
As in the video, but hit properly, the wood triangle the right floating pig is sitting on will come down a bit. Then the second shot should be aimed to go through the TNT and into the floating wooden triangle and into the planet for a few more points. Would love to figure out a 1-birder for this!
fling bird about at 12:00 so that it passes over top pig looks like it will leave smaller gravity field but comes back to hit TNT small rocks take out pig and hot the other TNT seems repeatable for 79k I managed to do it 3 times in a row
80k with 2 birds – first bird didn’t pop the floating pig, the TNT blast only moved it closer to the right-hand planet so I had to angle the second bird to take out him and the TNT. Side effect was the bird slamming into the right planet afterwards causing it to explode!
I used all the birds to destroy the biggest planet. Broken pieces flew away and destroyed the rest.
Yes, I also using this strat.
what was your score? and where did you aim?
@zebung, not a high score, enough for 3 star, http://youtu.be/TirPoHoqiVc
First time I upload video for 3 star,
That 69k is my first attempt, when record video only 65k.
I aimed Red as in the video but I got a one birdie for the Top Score of 83900…for now anyway, Yippie!!! ;-)
When the top tnt exploded and it got the right floating pig, debris flew down to bottom planet. It all happened really fast but I saw from the corner of my eye, the yellow crystal and the pig there go first. Then one of the boulders bounced back up and ignited the tnt, pushing the large boulder into the last middle pig. I’m not entirely sure if it was a tiny piece of rock that pushed the boulder down to the bottom or one of the antenna pieces from the triangle floating pig that did the trick. Here’s a screenshot:

Area 51 is reeeeeeeeeal Important facts revealed!
No Angry Birds strategy revealed in this post, sorry. Just a lot of cryptic claims designed to confuse you. Feel free to skips to the next post, which probably reads something like:
@lesleyg, your account of how you nailed that always elusive one-birder for the current Top Score was exactly what I needed to finish off my year-long, in-depth investigation into what can now be revealed. Yes, I’ve confirmed my controversial hypothesis: aliens are abducting expert Angry Birds players from all over the world, giving us temporary amnesia while these bug-eyed visitors snatch our tablets, phones and other electronic devices. While we are safely snoozing, the extraterrestrials play Angry Birds. And some of them are actually pretty good so oftentimes they get a Top Score. Rather than erase our iDevices and Android Thingys, the aliens stop playing and immediately put us and our toys back where they found us. When we awake, it’s as if we never stopped playing. Of course once we look down at the screen after our “alien amnesia nap” we are delighted to see another one-birder and even better, a Top Score! Even though we don’t remember exactly how or insist we were temporarily distracted by carnivorous clowns, the Top Score Leaderboard post comes next. Even though I didn’t get a Top Score with my one-birder, I did get more than 79,000. And guess what. I have no recollection of how it happened. One minute I was flinging birds in frustration….and the next I was noticing that the level was cleared and I had a flock of Space Birds left over. I rest my case. Alien Amnesia Abductions for Angry Birds Access! Aloha.
@surcow – may I just say…It seems the Alien Abductors are not only sneaking in to take over our games but some how are responsible for stealing away my coveted @mentions!!! I just want you to know that I did not get a notification for your reply and only happened upon it when I got the lovely notification that my Top Score had been yanked away! Of course those darn aliens have no problem giving me those notifications! It seems they find it funny to help us achieve these unexplainable one-birdie Top Scores only to laugh at us when they are then taken away…perhaps they move from player to player watching the chain reactions of give and take and get a good ole laugh out of it. Hey they must get pretty bored up there in space just hanging around with nothing to do all day!!!
However…you see…it’s very upsetting because it was a reply from YOU, that’s just not acceptable!!! I always feel especially happy when I get an “@mention” from you and for them to rob me of that is just not cool…but I guess I can let it slide considering they are aiding me in my AB flinging while getting one birdies and top Scores no less…hmmm, but still…the conspiracy theory continues!
All that and I spelled your name wrong, lol …I’m gonna blame it on the “Alien Amnesia” side effect @surfcow ;-)))
ok, as everybody seems to be bored with out-of-the-box solutions here comes a way to do it that is hilarious, unconventional..unique!
Or is there another level with a solution where you can waste 2 1/2 of 5 birds and still have 3 stars, and for the moment have a result 6-7k above average? (79k-80 no prob with this way!)
Curious? Ok, here it goes:
1. red bird – waste it – shoot it in the orbit – now that was easy :-)
2. laserbird southward around planet, into the gap and push big boulder towards planet on the very right – boom! TNT will fall, one shard will push rock on south planet – we do not need that but it is repeatable and fun to watch. If it does not happen, still continue – now comes the real fun part
3. this is a very important red bird. We have to waste it 50%. High arch, but so that it does not leave the atmosphere and falls down on a vulnerable (smooth) area of the surface. It will bounce twice and push one piggy up. If it doesn’t – we don’t need that kill now either. We only need two bounces on the smooth area. Oh, did you notice that there are little cracks now in the main planet? If not reload, we definitely need those cracks.
4. blue bird – waste it – shoot it into orbit.
5. tada! The grand final – bomb bird – like red bird before – high arch, dont leave atmosphere – boom! All planets, all pigs gone.
Let me know if you liked that solution.
Wooo @happyshake! I don’t like it, I love it! A quick addition of 5K, with more I’m sure. Thanks!
One mod and one question for @happyshake.
Step 1, I do step 3 to be sure I have the cracks before proceeding.
For step 2, can you describe in a little more detail? I’m having trouble getting lazer to push boulder to the right.
Thanks!
First zoom out. It is not a good idea if the screen is moving around in loops while YB follows its path.
Then aim and follow the dotted line onto the gap. The closer you have the dots to the small planet, the easier it will be to find the right timing.
Now as YB flys around big planet it will approach a cliff. When the bird is at 5 o’clock position, close to that cliff tap on the bolder and it should fly to the right into the half-off-screen planet.
I’m so dense. I was hitting the smaller big rock and detonating the dynamite. Sending the large rock to the hidden planet gets the extra points. Thanks for the extra help!
I did have everything gone at the end, except for a boulder, but no score to be proud of! Thanks anyway, it is fun to watch everything blow.
Great & Fun strategy @HappyShake, I love it… :-)
I got consistent 78k+ scores using this. I got highest score of only 80k. But You’ve AWESOME score – 86k!
How you got it ? Only L-Factor ?
And Please tell me, what was your score after 4th Step ?
Thanks in advance! :)
Nope Top Score was achieved with a boring method. But as everyone seemed so unexcited about standard solutions I decided to offer this fun way to finish the level.
For absolute highscore use RB like in wlkthrough and only continue if yopu have a minimum of 26k
2nd shot is the 2nd shot of my fun solution. Kills all remaining pigs, gets diamond but leaves main and south planet intact. Not so pretty but more effective.
Ok, Thanks @HappyShake :) I’ll try this.
Great!! Thanks HappyShake again for 2nd shot!!
I got 86k on first try! :)
I’ve also made a video of 80k using HappyShake’s strategy.
(with some Mods.)
Here’s the video: http://youtu.be/u35EzRohTjQ
IBird, now it’s my turn to say thank you. I didn’t get any result, but I will try. What I actually wanted to say is that I don’t see the planet on the right on my Ipad. Is here anyone else who got this?
@surfcow, @lesleyg, read all your efforts above. When I looked at the video of @ibird, I saw things that I couldn’t see. I know you are playing on Ipads to, so I think it’s worth looking at the video and increase your scores (not that they are that bad, but you never know)
Oops, wrong place. This comment should reside a few lines lower.
@bernersenn – Thank you for thinking of me and telling me about the “un-seeable” planet off screen on the right! Who knew! I watched ibird’s video and you can completely see it on their screen. Crazy! Now I’m wondering if something ricocheted off it when I got my previous one birdie score of 83900.
Anyway it’s pretty hard to replicate because we can’t see the planet to aim at it but after watching the video I was able to get it to work several times. My highest score so far is 85450 so thank you again and thank you to @ibird for posting the awesome video ;-)))
I noticed that after the first bird explosion…I sometimes needed to wait a few seconds so that the triangle antenna piece glides down a bit so that when I send in Laser Bird and tap the boulder it would be lined up right. It seems that if you don’t get the boulder to push that triangle antenna piece in so that it’s slightly in front of the boulder or at the very least the boulder needs to go in slightly above the triangle…it doesn’t explode to your favor…if it doesn’t go in right and the right planet explodes, the little piece of crystal debris comes out first and hits the tnt first causing it to go into the large middle planet. You need that larger chard of crystal debris to come out first and bump the tnt so that it goes into the small bottom planet to explode it! It’s pretty difficult when I can’t see what I’m doing, lol. I know I can get a better score if I could get my boulder and triangle antenna piece to cooperate ;D
Nice score @lesleyg :)
Thank you again @ibird and my score is definitely thanks to you for posting your amazingly awesome video! I would have NEVER known the crystal planet existed if it weren’t for you posting the vid and my nice friend @bernersenn letting me in on it 8-) It’s definitely a very tricky shot!
@lesleyg, I’m glad it worked for you. As I said, blindfolded. Now we’re waiting for our Kansas friend, I’m sure he will come back on this one.
You’re welcome @lesleyg :)
Thanks @HappyShake! Just want to point out that on my iPad the planet on the right is totally invisible. I kept wondering what you meant by push boulder to planet on right. Finally ended up pushing it to right, probably by mistake, and boy was I surprised when stuff came back to knock rocks and TNT back down!
Must admit I could have read entire thread and watched @iBirds video before I flung aimlessly.
Love it. Only note is, I don’t waste the red and blues. Use them to make those cracks and you can. If planet explodes, then lose one of em.
Here’s the video of High Score Potential Method (87K):
http://youtu.be/6W8jkLkg11o
I used this strategy:-
First Bird – Same as walkthrough video.
Second Bird – Aimed LB south of the planet, into the gap and tap on the Big boulder. The boulder should go on the right and fall on the crystal planet and smash it. One small shard of crystal will push the TNT into Large crystal planet OR small crystal planet on bottom. It’s very repeatable.
Thanks to HappyShake for method :)
@ibird your strat is very straight forward and I got a good increase, thank you.
Here a picture of my screen, zoomed-out of course: http://angrybir.de/H69qVM
@ibird, blindfolded, got it. Thanks
Glad it worked for you @bernersenn :)
@iBird finally had time to watch your video. Congrats to your find.
Summary: The video method is something completely different. I can not take credit for that. If you go for TopScore try iBirds method from the video. A 1:1000 chance
If you want to improve your score to +80k don’t touch that medium boulder with LB and shoot 2nd bird only if you have +26k after 1st bird
Detailed version…
My mouth dropped when I saw that after the frist bird you had less than 24k and still got highscore. The answer came with bird #2 – I never saw the bottom planet bust. That explained everything. Looking at houw you’d done it I found that it is in fact an alternative strategy and has nothing to do with what I proposed. It is the definite top score method but super difficult for several reasons.
If you push the big rock onto a “naked” planet, meaning nothing is lying on it, a tiny shard will get the TNT antenna and the big shard will push the rock onto diamond and last pig. Thus resulting in a 2-birder somewhere between 80-86k (my method). If there is anything on the surface while the planet busts the outcome is erratic. With your video-solution you were lucky that something on the surface blocked the small shard (absolutely necessary if it shall work)
You have shot LB in way that it pushes big boulder and after that the small boulder out of the way so TNT can fall on south-planet. For this the big shard has to hit it on top in the wire area because a direct it will explode it. Very tricky. There are a lot more obstacles I don’t need to mention here. Everyone who tries to copy your shot will come across them.
One has to decide: Take easy +80k or go for absolute highscore.
@HappyShake – Actually, I was following your method. I was lucky that the big boulder destroyed antenna wooden triangle and went to the crystal planet along some debris. My score after first shot was 23k and I was going to reload. But then I decided to fire my second bird.
87k was a surprise. :)
Same second shot as iBirds’s video, higher scoring first shot. 90k.
Thank you for the idea @ibird !
Great score @burpie, Glad my video worked for you :)
I’m not happy @ibird. On my second shot the TNT was not pushed by the crystal shard into the small orb, but instead, went in between the two orbs. It landed on a nice shiny, unobstructed spot on the large crystal orb and exploded. I just knew for a microsecond that I had all orbs destroyed with two birds and a new high score. Imagine my surprise when it didn’t even scratch the surface of the large orb. No top score for me. Waaaahh!
Yeah, that big orb is pretty tough. I have tried to find out how many hitpoints it takes to blast it – it was well over 3000 – a lot more than what a small TNT charge can do
But not a scratch @happyshake?
I think my 90k total score was based on a score after bird one of 26k.
If you wait for a score of 28k on bird 1, and on bird 2, if you manage to indirectly crash the large boulder into the crystal planet instead of just pushing it out of the way (I know it can work, I nearly had it all come together once), you can reach a total score of about 94k.
It’s tricky, but my 90,080 should not remain the top score for long. It certainly won’t survive a daily challenge.
(This was a public service message to all, but especially to @Rat9 @HappyShake and @iBird :-)
Thank you for a plain video!
As for my score, it was improved 6K thanks to a video!
@ibird, thanks very much for the video. On my iPad 2, I couldn’t even see the fourth planet to the right! Knowing it’s there makes things a bit easier ;-)
@ibird Ty Ty Thank You! ! Your video was a great help in acheiving my score. I’ve been following your helpful strats through this episode and really by have quickly made it through the first 10 levels with a score in the top 100 within 1 day’s worth of flinging:) very thankful ;)
Thanks @ibird. Needed this strat to top my old high on a mission. Ended up getting an additionSl 3.0K following your second video.
Thank’s for the video – aloowed me to increase my score by more than 10K.
One birder – ‘Bend it like Beckham’ towards planks underneath 1st pig. Pushed debris to top planet and hit TNT. Kablooey. Took out everything.
Many thanks to @ibird from an iPhone user: the rightmost concealed planet is invisible even on a maximally zoomed-out screen, so that this strat is not only clever, but in practice completely impossible to think about.
new top score proof:
https://www.angrybirdsnest.com/members/sglouk/album/picture/16923/
I found a sweet spot which after shot 1 gives scores above 27.5k.
I used @ibird‘s strat and obtained three scores above 90k. The only small addendum from myself (which marginally justifies to tag this message as a new strat) was to shot rather fast after 1st shot, so that large boulder pushed by LB intercepts small contraption, which gives a few extra points (typically above 1k), although at the cost of increasing the odds that rightmost planet shards get immediately destroyed by landing contraption debris.
All my three best shots had different outcomes after rightmost planet exploded. It is indeed possible as @burpie said to have one small shard of rightmost planet that pushes medium sized boulder (the one you pushed with LB) on bottom planet, it happened two or three times to me, although only once among my three 90k+ scores. I also witnessed the disappointing outcome reported by @rat9 of TNT crashing on main planet without making a crack, so I presume that it is not an option to be considered (which is too bad, it is a really rare occurrence that would deserve a better fate). Combining the best of my three best shots should probably give scores above 93k, but this is probably a long term project.
I have a great first shot…..at least I think it is a great first shot…..since I haven’t yet hit a great second shot I don’t know for sure…. BUT it does score 26K most of the time. Aim over the top of the pig and ACTIVATE when over the pig. That makes the pig jump up with good results. (I’ll bet most of you forgot that activating Red does something)
It does work. Finally hit a good second shot.
Finally! I had just about given up on getting above the average score when I decided to give @happyshake ‘s strategy a try. I accidentally got a 1-birder… go figure.
