Presently top score – although not for long.

Got a possibly lucky one birder by sending BB toward energy stuff, like in vid. BB trajectory grazed above leftmost pig bubble. Split when passing just above it. Lowest bird popped the bubble and central bird ignited energy case (what’s this thing name?) which then ignited lava-roid, clearing everything around.

I have no idea on what ignited the lava-roid, but the key to 1-birder lies in doing so.

@the-vortex-of-doom — Congrats on your high score! Good to someone who hasn’t posted scores much doing really well. Would be nice if you would tell us what strategy you used to get that score.

Thanks – nothing tricky, I simply shoot the first bird just above the first pig in a bubble, hit the screen to make the bird split just as it passes over it and hope that it takes out the first pig in a bubble, the little pig, and also hits the little lightning bomb thing. That takes care of the pig at the top, and do it enough times and eventually something will hit the lava thing in the bottom right that takes out the final pig and a few other bits and pieces too. I think there is the potential to get 100K on this screen, but I’ve only managed 96460.

Sorry about the trophy !! I didn’t even mvnla2 I had top score till i entered it on the leaderboard. Your so right keep flingig and eventually something will hit the lava rock! This just made my day. .I haven’t had much luck flinging lately..ty again

@the-vortex-of-doom @kathy I used similar but slightly different strat with you.

I shot the first bird just above the first pig in a bubble, hit the screen to make the bird split IN FRONT OF it and hope that it takes out the first pig in a bubble, BUT NOT HIT the little pig, and also hits the flux capacitor. Owing to explosion of flux capacitor, this little pig pushed boulder nearby slingshot toward upper/left planet(Got extra +2k with this). Normally 1 pig was left so flung 2nd BB.(Got 96k with 2-bird)

But this time, the flux capacitor was not exploded. Instead, bubble moved down to the nearest planet then fell down the tower. Eventually, flux capacitor was exploded and one of debris touched Lava. Peiced lava cleaned up more debris and got 99k with 1-bird.

@kathy Maybe my previous writing was wrong to explain it.
Correction : Aiming point for 1st BB is to around nose of big pig in bubble. Split in front of the pig as not to touch small pig with top&middle BB but to pass thru.

Using the shot @sglouk and @the-vortex-of-doom mentioned even if you don’t get the 1-birder you can get a 90k+ 2-birder by firing bird #2 through the plank that’s invariably in your way to the lavasteroid. Split right before plank impact.

Also, the ‘thing’ that hits the lava rock for the 1-birder is probably the right claw from the bubble pig you shoot over. Apparently there’s some sweet spot where the bottom blue bird hits that claw and gives it enough momentum to detonate the lava.

I got 96020 with a 2 birder. Since I did it and I can’t figure out how to repeat it, I don’t think it is probably worth much as a strat. (Who knows though? Maybe somebody with a lot of patience like @rat9 might give it a shot as I think there were still points left) I was aiming a little more above the first bubble pig than usual and I missed the bubble pig AND the flux capacitor. I did get the little pig with the 2 antennas. For some reason (this is the part I can’t duplicate) the whole middle section, including the bubble with the wood in it, went down and was sucked into the lower planet’s gravity whole. At first, I didn’t think the flux capacitor was going to go off, but it did rather belatedly. I still wasn’t really expecting much, because all 3 pigs were still not popped. Unlike the usual second shot, however, there was a clear shot to the lava so I aimed to take out the left bubble pig and the lava while hoping something would fly up to the upper bubble pig. Something did.

Thanks for the undeserved backdoor praise @Stocktoad. But you were wrong about it not being worth a strat. I had had no luck on this level until you mentioned how you got the middle section pulled into the gravity field. That caught the “Rats” attention. lol I was able to take your incoherent ramblings (ha ha) and turn them into a repeatable strategy. But you were right about there being more points. I found about 9k.

This one was for you @Kathy. Hopefully this will teach @Romo not to take your trophy again. Ha Ha

One birder. Shoot directly at the left pig and activate late. You want the upper blue to hit the small pig and the middle and lower blues to hit the bubble with the building supplies in it. If you can hit the top end of the wood sticking out of the building supplies bubble, it will push it without popping into the gravity field of the lower planet. This pulls the middle structure into the lower planet. If you’ve done this correctly, the lower right small pig in front of the lava asteroid will be popped by the solar panel as the structure gets pulled down. This is important to clear a path for debris to hit the lava asteroid when the flux capacitor explodes on the planet. If the lower right pig survives, it’s still possible to destroy the asteroid, but it won’t happen very often. A lave chunk will fly north and destroy the top pig. Debris from the flux capacitor will travel left and push the left asteroid into the upper left planet. Most scores will be in the 96k-99k range. But if you get a good clear of the debris on the lower planet, 100k+ scores can be attained. I don’t know how to ensure a good clear on the lower planet. Just luck I suppose.

I still think a 106k is possible, but I’m happy for now.

You were curious how long it takes me to get a top score. It ended up taking me about three hours to fine tune this strategy. I know it won’t be long before you beat my score. But I’ll enjoy it for now.

Using the method described above where you get the whole structure sucked into the bottom. Tricky shot and definitely a lot of luck involved. I actually stumbled across this because of a missed first shot.

Not always it is the best thing to restart if the one-birder doesn’t work. I had to use 2 birds after the flux exploded on the planet (with good destruction) but did not hit the lava asteroid. So 2nd bird to the upper part of the lava (and over the remaining pig) and split very late. There are so many points if the lava explosion works out well.
