Our strategy for Angry Birds Seasons South HAMerica Level 1-16 is to send the Red bird at the base of the first tower. Then fling the yellow bird at the base of the right structure. The score in the video below is 71,050.

High score (for now), 2 birds – aim red to hit the left horizontal cement block which pushes everything to the right and the cement block falls down and gets the pig in the crevasse, YB aim for break in horizontal cement pole of right structure which pushes it down and to the left and to the right down the hill. More points to be had. My score screen shot –

I’ve experimented with a different strategy with the aim of pushing all of the right structure down the hill:

First bird at the left vertical upper stone block of the right structure. This should make the boulder fall right and prime the structure to fall right. Second bird, trigger early for a flat trajectory through the first little pig and on to hit the right structure, making it fall right. The second shot is tricky and often the lowest little pig will survive. I’ve got 73k several times but if executed perfectly 80k+ should be possible.

76,090 – RB to left horizontal block. Kills pig above and below and loosens everything up. YB at almost horizontal, accelerate right before you hit the loose wood blocks. Everything falls left. Repeated this 3 times- same score.

Like some others, red bird to horizontal stone block on left structure, releasing the rock to get pig in pit. Yellow bird to the middle of the stone support on right structure 71k

2 birds. Same as described by others above. Sent Red to the horizontal cement block in 1st structure; Chuck (Stan) flew over to the right structure to the middle between the 2 vertical cement poles. Debris fell to the left and the rest of it fell to the right gaining more points. 82k.

Likewise. The trick is to have the main right structure fall off the cliff, otherwise you get a mediocre score.

I have to totally agree. Was able to have the right side drop off to the right and extra points were gained. Used two birds but I am not aware where the bird hit to make the right side fall. Considering I broke the vertical post it had to be low.

I learned one thing on this frustrating level whose whole strategy is shove ahead straight forward until something falls down. In this case I achieved a higher level of points, 78,360, by finally pushing some of the structure at the rear off the back cliff with the yellow bird after first hitting the lower stone support with the red bird. A good shot with the first bird is also necessary, but I believe the key for this level is the second yellow bird shot pushing thru to the back. Needless to say I am glad I am done with this level and will not return soon to try and up my score as this is my absolute least favorite for this group.

@yrer Thank you !! Yes that is definitely key to this level. .I finaly had some debris fall down the middle and off the ede. Without that i couldn’t even make 65k..great tip:)

Twice now, I have waited and the boulder on the far right has wiggled and fallen down before I even shot my first bird. Once, the pig underneath also fell off. Keep an eye out- it is entertaining!

Frustrating level – just couldn’t consistently get right structure to go off the cliff. Agree that is the key. My birds need more Wheaties! FINALLY got above average score and I am glad to be leaving this one!

Much like the others and it did take a while for the right side to drop for a decent score. I agree with @Sheilahdb these birds need some whole wheats and get just a tad bit stronger. I got a score of 78160.

Thank you @e-star. If I hadn’t seen it, I would never have believed the 2nd shot could or would send debris off the right side. After months of trying for an above average score, admittedly only flinging occasionally, I eked out a barely above average 74290 on perhaps my 2nd or 3rd try after viewing your video.

Fellow nesters, I really don’t understand what I’m doing wrong with my shot #2. Is it when you boost or a specific pixel I need to hit to get this stuff to fall to the right? Then again, perhaps I should add super strength vitamins to my birds’ diets the way a drag car racer might add nitro boost the car’s ability.

It isn’t an easy shot, but a 3/4 power shot into the two vertical cement pieces on the right can get a one birder. Scores seem to be about 73K but if everything fell right…..who knows?

I Think, nobody mentioned the self destruct in this level.
The right structure slowly shivered to the right with just the ball rolling right down the slope.
So i shot the red fast on the left structure and immediatly shot the yellow bird to the right structure. It falls down th eslope for 79k.

Aaah. Two ways of self destruct.
1st stone ball shivering to the right and 2nd stone ball shivering to the right. Happened 3 times out of ten.

@liontooth Good observation! I just now have noticed the right stone Boulder being very unsteady, so i came to look here and see if it’s been mentioned !

I think there is a one-bird solution. Red bird in a very high arc so that he ends just passed the first tower. The diagonal wooden shelf helps to push the two stone bars away. Not very easy but I think it can be done

You’re right @the-wonderbird. I’ve tried that shot about 30 times and had five 1-birders. Sadly it never scored more than 70K but perhaps there’s a lucky shot there for anyone who perseveres!. Thanks for the suggestion :))
