I beat all levels but it won’t give me credit for it!!! Is there something I missed?
If you’re referring to not receiving the “Bright Side of the Moon” achievement that is happening to everyone.
You must 3-star all levels, including the three “Facebook” levels, not simply defeat them.
Same issue. Beat all levels with three stars, the screen says 99/99 stars. Also got three stars on the three Facebook levels. Even got a message about “total destruction”. But, the pie with the three stars won’t light up. Got all the mooncake pieces and that is lit, but the three star pie is dark. Bug?
This is not the same issue as the original poster, but this is not a bug per say. Instead, several users seem to have corrupted settings files. Can you relay a little extra information? What devices are you using, and what version of the app are you using? (Check the ” i ” in the bottom-left corner, should say v 1.x.x or v2.x.x)

The pigs wearing the traditional chinese hats looks so cute. I love this new update! It’s a good move on the part of Rovio to commemorate the Mid-Autumn Festival since China is fast becoming their number one market.
Okay, I got this level, but am not getting the next levels. Do I have to 3-star everything to do that? I have all but ONE star, and it’s driving me nuts.
This level (the Big Mooncake) is for 3-starring all 33 levels. The other level (the Golden Mooncake) is unlocked by obtaining all 8 slices of mooncake.
@amslimfordy This level shows up on the Golden Mooncake level of ABS (version 2.5.1) but you have the levels mixed up.

For some reason the slice of mooncake on level 1-2 will not activate. I mean I’ve hit the brick with the mooncake in it and nothing. Do you think it is a glitch?
No, I don’t think it’s a glitch, but it is quite difficult. Have you checked out the video walkthrough? You may need to detonate the Bomb Bird manually.
nevermind i hit it. but now it looks like i’m still missing a slice…back to drawing board.
yes yes i have unlocked that one sence september 12th its pretty hard to get all three stars HINT: look on youtube.

Sorry is there a glitch with level 2 – 14. I activated and receive the slice but it did not show up in your overall pie. Any suggestions?
Some people have reported issues with mooncake slices. I think the common consensus is to restart your device and re-obtain all eight mooncakes — even if they are not visible.
I had completed the game including both the Big Mooncake and Golden Mooncake. After the latest update, I came back to improve my scores; had to re-obtain the the mooncake slices, and even though I have 3 stars in all levels, the Big Mooncake is still greyed out and unavailable. There is definitely a glitch.
Sounds like you have a corrupted settings file. No reports of users 3-starringn all levels and being unable to open the Big Mooncake.
I have gotten 3 stars on all levels and gotten all mooncake slices n the big mooncake is still greyed out ?!?! This is sooo frustrating !!!
If you check the “Episode Selection” screen, does it read 99/99 stars?
I’m sure there is glitch. On my iPad I 3 starred all the levels including the Facebook levels. I was able to play the big moon cake level. After the Halloween update it’s grayed out. When I look at the 3 Facebook levels there are no stars. When I open a level though it shows the high score and when I go back all 3 show the 3 stars. But the big moon cake is stilled grayed out.
I tried restarting the iPad but it doesn’t fix it.
How can this error be reported to Rovio? I really don’t want to three star them again!

Those three Facebook levels are a known bug that is being fixed. You may be best of waiting for the next update, and hopefully all will be mended.
I’m able to access Big Mooncake (not Golden!) without all levels 3-starred. Have only 58 out of 99 stars. 3GS, 2.0.0

after i updated it to Ham o Ween I went to the Mooncake Festival and I had the 3 star mooncake lit up
with the update for Ham’o’ween, it also unlocked the 3- star golden mooncake for me.

i am on an android,i have gotten all 3 stars on all levels and completed the golden mooncake, but it will not open up the big mooncake any ideas
Try restarting your device, but otherwise you will need to contact Rovio.
Same here, I have had three stars for weeks on all levels and that bog pie still grey.

Sorry if someone has asked this? I have 3 stars on all 33 levels, found all the mooncake pieces. But the Big Mooncake on the RIGHT (not the one with the three stars) has one piece missing. The 3-star one is complete. What am I doing wrong? Thanks muchly.
There are eight slices of mooncake hidden across the 33 levels. You must have seven of them. Refer to our list to find the one you are missing. (It could be any of the eight, not necessarily the one we have numbered as 8.)

I would go through the entire list, very slowly. Even break the boxes and such where a slice WOULD be, even if it is not visible. But first, I would restart your device.

I restarted the iPod Touch, then went through your list to the 8th mooncake. When I did that level again, it worked fine. (I thought I had that one already, but it’s VERY possible that I did not.)

An alternative high-scoring strategy (over 90000):
– shoot the yellow bird through the first lantern into the house. Important to shoot through it, if you cut the cord and it drops to the ground it isn’t destroyed and you miss 3000 points. Yellow bird typically kills 2 of the pigs in the house, but 3 or 1 is also possible.
– shoot big bird through the first yellow balloon (the one that carried the destroyed lantern) into the stone support of the binoculars. Aiming for the middle to the top of the balloon will yield most points. This kills all pigs in the middle and earns you a lot of debris – by now, you should have about 60000 points.
– white bird can be used to kill the remaining pigs and earn points with the lanterns, but it’s a tricky shot. Launch in an arc similar to that of big bird (which is why the balloon needs to be popped), you drop the bomb over the house to kill any remaining pigs there, and white bird flies through the rope of the second remaining lantern and through the third lantern, into the last balloon causing the TNT to drop on the last pig. It’s hard to get the angle exactly right, but as long as you kill all but one pig, the yellow bird can do the rest.
Clearing with three birds yields over 90000 points, using all four yields between 80 and 90k.

Probably. I’ll be keeping an eye on these, but there’s not too much we can do for the time being. Raided manually switching them as they occur.

2. shoot terrence right into the stone pillars it will fall down and chrush the pig with the hat.
3. same shot, but try to drop an egg with white bird. the impact will shoot her against the wooden wall and it will break.
I too am having problems getting the 3star mooncake. I have 3 stars in all levels including the facebook levels. I have all eight pieces of the mooncake. I’ve tried restarting but to no avail. I’m using an iPhone 4 and have AB seasons version 2.5.1. I’ve read thru here but haven’t seen a fix. Any help is appreciated.

As I have been going back over some of my scored to increase my standing, i have a problem with updating my new scores on the mooncake festival golden egg section, just read the above link to see ther is a pending issue.
My scores seen messed up. Like for even this golden egg #23, my old score seems out of line with 169520. I will just wait it out until issues with these two eggs are resolved.

Hi! As I just found out my score for this level is bizzarely high (176,710) Prior coming here to enter SGE’s scores I was unaware of it’s nature! Imagine my shock when I realized that my score beats every other score for this level by 55k! But what do I do now!??….I tried to enter it but ABN system says that it is too high! Also I haven’t got a clue how I pushed it so sky high…no recollection in my mind of any glitches what so ever! Playing on iPad 3,iOS version 5.1.1,Angry Birds Seasons HD,v2.5.1…I know this because I bought ABS HD on 5th of october 2012,right after Haunted Hogs release,checked iTunes bill and 3 starred everything before next update on 1st of december 2012! Could those minds in charge here at ABN,please raise the max score cap for this level!? I know how to take a screenshot but not very sure how to upload it?

I’m sorry, but this score is not permitted. I am not denying that your screenshot would “verify” the score, but it would not be accurate.
Your score was actually obtained on the “Golden Mooncake” level, not “Big”. The two levels were accidentally switched at one point, which could mess up scoring — specifically, if you played the levels in v3.0.x (Haunted Hogs).

Trying to enter a score of 176550, only to be told it is not valid because of a glitch. Why then, are scores in seasons greedings ( in level 1-24 I am 65,000 below high score ) valid. And what score do I enter for this level?.

The bug here is that your score of 176k wasn’t earned on this level. It was earned on the Golden Mooncake level. The fact that it shows on this level is the bug, and absolutely cannot be permitted.
Yes I understand this, but why then are scores on seasons greedings allowed, as they where scored in what are essentially different levels ( I.E levels with exploding hats.). If the point of this site is to provide a level playing field for everyone, then these scores should be removed, otherwise my score on this level should be allowed.
If you aren’t willing to accept our standard, I’m not sure what to tell you. We discussed this for a very long time before making our decision. But just like you can’t enter your score for Level 2 in the Level 1 slot, so too you can’t enter your score obtained on the Golden level in the Big Level slot.

That score is a result of the Moon Festival GE Bug. The two levels were switched and it caused some issues with scoring. Unfortunately, the score would not be valid on our Leaderboards, as it was actually obtained in the Golden Mooncake level, though logged in the Big Mooncake as a result of the bug.
