Angry Birds Seasons Haunted Hogs Level 2-15 Walkthrough

Our strategy for Angry Birds Seasons Haunted Hogs level 2-15 is to use the Orange bird to drop both chandeliers. Throw the Black bird into the left side of the main tower, pushing it rightward. Blast the base of the right tower with the White bird to finish the level. Happy Halloween! The score in the video is 146,590.

your method works with 2 birds… but doesn’t make sufficient destruction to score 150k

Want a chance at an above-average score on this level? You’re in luck. On a recent pumpkin patch surfing expedition, Dr. Surfcow uncovered archeological evidence that led to the discovery of the soon-to-be-famous HALF CALF MOCHA LOTTA shot. Coincidentally, it’s the perfect weapon for pulverizing these paranormal pigs. Ready to learn the recipe for Coca Cola…errr… OK, here’s the scoop: lob a 50% shot just above the first chandelier. Orange Bird should cut through the chain and into the big mess of wood, cement and ghost bricks. When OB finds a good entry point, wait until its found a crevice or resting place that will aid in demolishing much of this structure, leaving a pile of rubble. Who eats debris for breakfast, lunch and dinner? Send da Bomb Bird down the hill to finish off piles, pigs and points. Two birds remaining equals 20K bonus. Help spread the word about the HALF CALF MOCHA LOTTA and watch your friends list grow! Aloha.

@pistondamp I wasn’t allowed to use plain English as a young boy growing up on the streets of Silicon Valley. I’m joking, of course. A 50% shot means you only pull the bird back about half the distance of a full-powered shot. I’m not sure if that means the bird travels at half speed, but its a good shot to practice and to try when a normal shot isn’t working for you. Hope that helps. Always glad to help another player, regardless of their English-speaking ability, be it “fancy” or “plain.” Aloha. P.S. Does LOL mean the same in Norwegian as it does English? Just curious.

Poor Pete! @pourpete -it’s 72F and sunny with a breeze from SW here in the Kansas City area. FYI, pumpkin patches are hazardous for us barnyard animals who like to catch a wave. Without a coast or shoreline except at lakes and rivers, we must look for waves in wheat fields, corn fields and the like. The natural prairie grass looks like rolling waves on a windy day. Unless I’m out doing photography, I’m stuck with virtual waves created in my head or memories of the real swells in California, Hawaii and Mexico. Either way, it beats shoveling snow. I was troubled by the amount of destruction caused by the black bird in the video, I was never able to repeat it. Then I noticed that the falling chandelier smashes the stone beam above the pumpkin, causing the entire structure to shift a bit to the right. This is why the explosion from the black bird can cause the structure to fall to the right. The OB seems like a fluke shot in the video.

What usually happens is that falling chandelier takes out the right tower, and then you have to take out the large structure with a well placed black bird. This can give anywhere between 120-150k+, but there seems to be a very annoying limit at just above 150k with quite a bit of debris remaining. I’ve probably had between 148 and 151k more than 20 times.

It would be nice to replicate the OB shot in the video but with the right tower falling as well as the stone beam above the pumpkin, but so far no luck.

@f91jsw, I too was dumbfounded by the events on the video, when the Orange Bird slices through the chandeliers, it’s the right tower that falls from the impacting right chandelier, I’ve also been unable to replicate the Black Bird’s level of destruction shown on the video, in my world there’s usually the one pig protected by the stone beam remaining and what I do is to use the White Bird to lay an egg on the right corner of the table above the pumpkin, that usually eliminates both the pig and pumpkin along with good collateral damage.

@f91jsw I had the same experience you did. I got two or three 152k scores, but never anything higher. And then, for the first time ever while playing this level, I looked away right after I fired the orange bird. And wouldn’t you know it – when I looked back, only 20k points had been recorded, and there was no apparent damage to the right structure, but the two crossbeams holding up the pumpkin at the bottom right of the main structure had been destroyed. Evidently, the chandelier had bounced left, similarly to the video. The amount of chain left seemed to indicate that I had shot in a marginally higher trajectory than usual, but whether this makes any difference is anyone’s guess.

My hands started shaking because I knew this was my one shot to get a good score. I made the shot with the black bird exactly as I wanted, shooting it horizontally below the pig in the box so that it dropped in the gap with the hanging pig. With those essential wooden crossbeams having been taken out by the first shot, the black bird leveled the entire structure, save for the immovable stone portion in the bottom center. Very little debris remained. I then took out the right structure with the white bird. I almost missed this shot, as the structure only fell slowly and the king pig survived the initial collapse. But luckily, it finally succumbed after bouncing on the rubber mat for a while. I ended up with a 160k three-birder. I can only assume that this is more or less how most of the scores above 155k were obtained.

@Austinrhl & @f91jsw: I followed the video’s method and ended up with the top score, but it probably won’t last longer than a day or so. :) I had 56k after the first bird and then sent the BB below the pig in the box just as AustinRHL did. At first it looked to be another 155-157k score, but then the concrete piece with the circular hinge worked it’s way to the right and brought the pumpkin and a decent bit of the structure with it. After a few bounces this was the destruction I ended up with.

Nice bit of luck to get (currently) 4th spot. OB through the chandeliers but the 2nd one bounced back to take out the pumpkin. Then BB above the pig in a box, manually exploded when hitting the pig in ectoplasm, which kindly took out the right tower as well. Yay, I’d been going for 3 stars, was below average still on several of the levels, so it’s gratifying to end Haunted Hogs on a high note. Now to rest my flinging finger in preparation for Star Wars. Ooops, forgot, there’s the bonus levels to clear first…

The 3-STAR items don’t fly in the home screen after playing and exiting any level of haunted hogs(when the theme changes). But for the other themes(like Piglantis, Mooncake etc.) they appear and fly just fine.I have 3-stars in all episodes btw. Is this a new thing Rovio has included or is it just happening to me? That was the oddest and unexpected event to happen to me in any of the AB games. I fired the OB at a steep angle but it blew up just as it cut the second chain. Both the chandolier and the OB fell into the gap where the purple pad is. It didn’t damage the right structure nor the cross-supports of the left adn scored very few points.

I was going to reset, but decided to take a practice shot with the TNT. In a sequence of events that could only be dreamed up in Hollywood, every pig was destroyed and well as the total destruction of both structures. I was numb. I scored about 120,000 points from my TNT shot alone. That added to the crummy first shot score plus 2 bonus birds, I’d call that a productive level.

Sending orange bird straight ahead,or thru the chain yields very poor results.Instead, fire it upwards, and contrary to popular belief, avoid the chain.Have it land right to boxed pig into the crevice, and the whole structure should go to hell while one pig cuts the chain hanging second chandelier. It should smash right into second tower and clear the level.Fire bomb into the remains of main structure to get the pumpkin and loads of points.I’m surprised nobody’ve come up with this super easy strat yet.

An alternative is to fire the orange bird in a shallow trajectory into the ghost block below the first pig, detonating on impact. This sometimes sends the pig (plus box)through the first chandelier chain, thus removing it. Send the bomb to the base of the remaining centre stack do demolish that, and then use the white bird to bomb the pumpkin, and then onwards ricocheting through the remaining chandelier chain, bringing down the far right stack. It takes a lot of ties, but I managed 154560
