Angry Birds Seasons Haunted Hogs Level 1-7 Walkthrough

Our strategy for Angry Birds Seasons Haunted Hogs level 1-7 is to bounce the Orange bird through the lowest pig, expanding to cause most of the structure to collapse. Use the Pink bird to float the remaining pigs into oblivion! The score in the video is 92,110.

106100 with 2 birds. 1st bird just above level and through the ice blocks. Let bird settle in the pocket between the wood and base structure and then detonate. Results vary, I think my best was 64k. 2nd bird to hit the back pig on top of the base structure. Detonate when it hits the back stones to maximize damage.

Yes, this is the way I figured it out. To be clear; you have to go through the vertical ice block. It’s much more consistent then the video strat. You want to make sure that Pinkie doesn’t pop the last piggie on impact.

Shortly after the start of the Challenge, got lucky & improved from 101260 on Android phone to 112020 on iPad, thanks @dmsral. There must be a sweet spot here; after 1st shot had a little more than 63k. After the 2nd, other than ghost blocks there was 1 piece of wood & 3 pieces of concrete.

Using @dmsral‘s “through the vertical ice block” method, I was able to get a few one birders by detonating Orange just as he passed the ledge the the far right pig sits on, but that always leaves me with a poor score around mid 90’s.

Letting the bird settle down in the pocket on its own would usually leave the bottom left pig unharmed and safe under a pile of mini ghost blocks, but if I manually expand Orange just as he hits the upright wood after bouncing into the pocket, Orange would explode towards the left and destroy most of the wood and float down and pop that bottom pig.

Highest for me so far is 112790.

This is a classical and fairly consistent 1-Birder.
Launch your Orange Bird through the glass so that he lands in the nook between the second pig from below and the pedestal wall and expand him, this’ll generally wipe out every pig, except at times the stubborn one below the masked pig. At this point you can either reset and start over or take appropriate action. If you do get the 1-Birder, then you have 30000 bonus points or 3 birds left over.
ps. my score is on a PC platform, so those of you out there with i-Pads, i-Phones, i-Pods and Android tablets can look forward to much higher scores than my own.

Boy, my experience on this level seems very different from what I see in most of the comments. I’ve never had the level end early by popping the final pig with the pink bird. And going through the ice has never gotten more than about 56k for me, so I prefer to attack from the bottom instead. I suggest aiming in the vicinity of the leftmost ghost block. You can get the bird in quite a few different places through slight variations of the angle, and quite a few of them can give good scores. As others have said, results vary, but my best result (64k first shot, 105k final) came from the shot that nestles the bird between the bottom stones and the back wall.

@austinrhl – I had the same experience as you with this level. That first shot and even the one birdies I got, were just not playing out good for me either. I did manage to get one decent score by going through the glass of 103660. I came here to post and saw your alternative strat and gave it a try.
Thank you! As soon as I tried your method, I immediately had better first scores and end results. I was getting around 60K with your method for the first shot and had end scores of 103660. Then my first shot got almost 65K, exactly like you described. I sent OB through the left mid-height ghost square and it landed between the stones and wall and finished with 105830. Thanks for the strat and tips ;-)

112330 using this method. OB through the ghost block to the right of the bottom stone blocks and PB to the upper right pig lifting the entire upper structure. Manually activating the bubbles before the PB stops moving resulted in more movement of the blocks in the air which allowed a stone block to fall down into the pile of ghost blocks for extra points. First place for the time being.

I never managed to 1-bird this, but there are decent 2-bird scores here. If you clip the very edge of the stone plank on top of the ghost block as you go through the trajectory is right & it slows down the OB enough so he inflates right when he lands in the bottom corner by the platform. The stone blocks in the corner can be obliterated by this. My scores ranged 55-60k, depends on if that freaky-looking pig rolls off or not.
Pink bird I aimed just over the head of the remaining upper pig, trigger her as she comes up against the stone blocks to clear out the top.

I shot the orange bird thru the ghost block and activated it manually. The debis can come up to 60k, in my shot the top pig fell and so my first shot was 65k. Only one pig left and I send in pink bird, aiming underneath the plank, but trying to get as far right as possible, taking the stone blocks into the air and giving me more debris points. 2 birds for 112,670. Sent Orange Bird thru upper, vertical ice block. It settles down between brick wall & left side wooden structure. Try to detonate while OB is against brick wall, for maximum destruction. If pig at very bottom is not destroyed, start over. Second bird, “pinkie”, is used just like in AMslimfordy & E-star videos. You need total destruction of everything on top of brick wall.

67k with 1 pig left is my best result after first bird, but anythng above 62k is pretty good

bird 2) Aim for the last pig and sail pink bird perfectly thru gap so that she can pick up the stones on the top right of the level.
