A simple strategy for the Angry Birds Rio Trophy Room “Fish Trophy” level is to use both Boomerangs over and back into the main structure. Then finish off the level with Red. The score in the video below is 161,230.

179090 with two reverse Boomer shots. First one takes out the two little supporting sand blocks and everything in front collapses. Second one to the support sand pieces in the back structure and everything falls down.

@dmsral great strat! I had a little over 100k from the first remi reverse causing the front of the back structure to collapse, the tnt exploded, and debris broke the glass fish behind the first palm tree. Such a fun way to play this level, I’m sure others will squeeze out more points.

I sent the first bird as you described @dmsral (reverse shot) and the front main structure all came down, including column beside TNT. Second shot I tossed approximately 30 degree arc (non-reverse) and just sat and watched in amazement while everything destructed. Not too many pieces left after second shot.

great strat @dmsral had just over 100k after first shot ,and was very lucky with it all falling so it got the bonus of the red plant ,there really was not much left besides palm tree and some sandstairs ,cheers

Super shot @aleksch! I just hit 184k with plenty of debris left, I think 190k+ is possible.

I’m shooting a little higher now, through the plank on the small sand square as it tends to bring down the center structure more often. Also note that there’s at least 10k in the stack of squares so if you want big points, that’s got to go down.

Following yet another @dmsral tip for a 4.5k improvement to 181950 on iPad during Challenge. These reverse shots take lots of practice, at least for me & my hats off to those 189k-191k, that’s some incredibly accurate flinging !!!

Thanks to @dmsral for the RR first shot, @hornet32 for the tip on the second bird and @comex666 for the video. Was able to do these three shot a number of times but the higher points were not available or obtain. Nothing left on the left side and only some sand block remaining on the far right side. Tried taking out the sand support blocks on the right side and still could not get a higher score.

Thanks @dmsral, your strategy worked a treat. It took a long time (couple days) to get right but eventually got two good shots off.

For others who follow, here are screenshots of the trajectory to take. First birdie needs to be aimed down slightly and activated immediately. He should take the top leaf off the tree on the way through. A good shot will take out the sandblock under the stone column and the marmoset next to it. If that doesn’t happen reset because it’s unlikely the next shot will get him and you need the points from the stone column.

Aim second birdie up slightly and activate immediately. He needs to be slightly higher than the sand locks, taking out the top right marmosets and the sticks they are sitting on. Everything else should fall in the process but if you shoot too low and there hasn’t been enough damage with first bird, there’s not enough power in bird two to slice though all the way. Anyway, hope this helps

I’m trying to toss a slightly different strategy from the walkthrough video and have been able to bank a +180K score so far and suspect more is possible.

Rather than returning Hal the Boomerang Bird back through the center structure like in the video, I let him travel a bit further. I activate him to return through the supporting sand-block at the far side of the furthest upper structure. Hal and falling debris must take out the two lower structures on the right and clear the way for the second shot.

Send shot #2 over the upper structures and return Boomerang Bird below them to take out the two square sand-blocks at the base of the column of four stacked concrete blocks. Falling debris from the tallest upper structure supported by those concrete blocks will then take out the adjacent sand-block supporting the upper right structure along with the marmoset and banana bunch in the lower structure with the wooden block roof.
