Angry Birds Rio Timber Tumble Walkthrough Level #9

Our strategy for Timber Tumble Level #9 is to bomb either side of the leftmost tower with the White bird, ricocheting her through the logs above. While any shot into the wooden supports will clear the level, higher scores are obtained by bouncing the Yellow bird off the back wall and into the TNT. The score in the video below is 187,700.

There is a one-birder in here, I can feel it. Mathilde as high as you can, then drop the egg. Mathilde rolles over the concrete top of the right structure and has to ignite the tnt. That last part I didn’t get yet.
For those who are heaving trouble with the second shot in the video: shoot yellow bird to the last concrete bar on the tip. Debris will fall of and ignite the tnt.

One birder. Shoot Mathilde in a very high arc, dropping bomb so that she flies over all structures, hits the back tress and bounces back to ignite the TNT’s. Then chain reaction destroying nearly everything, 205k

Just to clarify @pellystar, where does the egg hit on the right-side of the left structure. I’ve been hitting the very bottom, but my score is quite far behind.

The egg should go just to the right of the left hand structure (not hitting it), when it explodes it takes out the bottom of that tower, and it collapses to the right. Good luck!

If anyone needs an aiming hint: Zoom in full and pull back until Matilda’s beak just touches the bottom curved part of the left sling post.

@kelani, your aiming tip is what enabled me to finally get an above average score (on iPad) of 200390. I must admit I was disappointed with the Rank & definitely need to put in a lot more work, but 1st I need to complete all levels with above average scores …….. Oh I have so much work as I haven’t finished TT or HH : -(

The egg took out the very bottom stone on the right side of the left structure. It remained standing until the TNT explosion took out the entire right side. The left structure swayed for a few seconds before finally collapsing.

Thanks @pellystar for posting your strategy. Obtained the one bird solution many times. The sequence of destruction was fun to watch with its wide range of points awarded. Aiming tip-one eye of the white bird between the base of the sling and the rubber band of the sling. Almost in the center of these two items.

White bird high arc, so that it flies over all towers, hits tree on right side, and falls into TNT. Yellow bird to base of left tower. 182k. Will revisit this, as my score is below average!!

Matilda over the first structure,keeping close to the right hand side of it. Drop the egg so her carcass flies to the right of the hanging logs and over the top of the remaining structures, and into the TNT.

I employed the strategy of @pellystar
Dropped egg close to right side of left structure.
I truly despise the white egg dropping bird as it usually does not cooperate…. today we work well together.

Weird, after one of many attempts to improve my score the box broke but I didn’t see anything pop up so I’m assuming it’s just 500.
