@Bird Leader Unless you come here…online…then you don’t know the score of anything except your own. My issue is, I never knew I was competing with others in this game or any other. Hard not having that info. This site is so cool tho. Now that I know its here.

I’m sorry but my method will yield you 85k. See if this helps :)

1st b/b- To the second tower’s horizontal ice block located at the bottom(on which the yellow birdie is in the cage which is the middle one) that seems to be the weak spot of the structure. Try hitting more debris and split the b/b at the moment when you’re about to hit the tower.

2nd b/b- To the lowest bird cage of the 2nd building(i.e the one which contains blue birdie and is at the bottom)

Hey thanks. I’ve been aiming the first one more at the bottom cage, so a bit different. Haven’t been able to get much more than around 32k on that hit. Will keep trying with your suggestion and see if i can pull out a better score :)

Thanks Mighty, came back to improve score and so far got an extra 1k for only 81080 ur way but need to do better so I’m gonna try some more. Tx for tips. I notice going back hardly anyone posted strats like they do now, thankfully ;-)

Calculate quickly, some times a third shot into the debris gives you > 10K after level is finished…

I was stuck at 81k and was going to just leave it that way with my two bird method. I used three birds pretty much as you described and got an extra 1k for a total of 82200. Not the highest score but I am happy moving up even a little bit.

Scored 89k using all 3 birds. 1st I sent lower than the walkthrough, aiming more at the 1st bottom cage & splitting right before impact. It helps to break the hollow square at the bottom of the tower, 30k is a good score.
2nd to the lowest cage with the blue bird in the right hand structure. There’s usually more than 10k in glass left so I sent the 3rd in splitting immediately for more points. The angle of the shot depends on the arrangement of what’s left, usually I’m aiming slightly above horizontal.
The top score of 99k suggests a 1-birder to me but I can’t find it. I’ve been trying to take down the right structure 1st hoping it would collapse to the left & destroy the 1st structure but haven’t been able to make it work.

@karen68, thanks for strategy. Got me 6k extra on the challenge. There has to be a one- birder and I have also tried to get right tower to fall left. Had it leaning a few times but no weight behind it to push. Left us know if you figure it out. Be nice to read strategy from those 90k folks.

Nice scores @mg516 & @mikeinmont! I’ve been flinging all over the place to find the 1-birder with no luck. I have managed to destroy the far structure with the 1st bird but you’re right, it tends to just crumble down & a couple of blocks aren’t enough to push over the left side.

I am going to venture a guess that the top score is a two-birder…even if one bird can free all cages, I just don’t see it breaking enough glass — most of it would probably just fall down on the floor and not bring enough points. If you look at this screen: http://angrybir.de/1c4fLe1 , where all 4 birds destroyed everything but 6 pieces of glass and a crate, the max score seems to be around 115K. If destruction as shown in the screen is achieved with 2 birds, that would yield around 101K which is just a bit over the top score of 99K.

I think the first shot as described by @karen68 is right on the money; it’s the second shot that’s crucial. I achieved 88K when remains of the first two structures remained clustered and not strewn all the way to the left and the top split BBB freed the blue bird cage and the vertical glass piece next to it and the two other BBBs finished off the remains of the first two structures.

I would also love to hear from someone in mid to high 90s re: how they achieved they score.

UPDATE: After much perseverance, managed 91,330 using same strategy as above. It was a 3-birder though; 2 birds would have yielded just over 90K so many thanks to @karen68 for that tip.

Two birds.
Blue one aim at the end of the leftmost protruding horizontal ice plank over the lowest left cage. Split right at impact. ~30-32k
Bird two. Aim a smidgen higher so that the lowest split blue hits the lowest left remaining blue caged bird.

Hi @karen68 nice score :)..here is a video of 89k ,done with a fairly average first shot ,from memory the few times i got over 90k i had got atleast 34k on the first shot .the second shot in the video is an early split and the top bird seems to hit a weak spot ,might be of help to some1 .. http://youtu.be/PQKIGfMorcY

@xebic88 thanks for the video – I’m in awe of these great 2-bird scores, I’ve never scored higher than 84k with 2 birds. I was ready to move on but now you’ve dragged me back in for a few more tries! :D

i’ve come so close to beating this level so many times! I was directed here for pointers and now I know how to split the bird in 3. Even doing that though for all 4 birds, i cannot beat this level! HELP PLEASE!!!!

Well I would say some luck is involved or another way to say it is that you will probably have to play this level several times to get a HIGH score.
Here is how i would describe what I did though.

First shot… take out the first two towers. I usually try and destroy the flat ice piece under the lowest bird in the second tower, but you can also take out the hollow square ice block at the bottom of the 2nd tower. I don’t split the birds IMMEDIATELY before impact, but not too soon either…experimenting works best… You want about 30-31k after this shot.

Second Shot: Again I aim for the flat ice piece that rests on the highest wood box on the far right. It’s not a difficult shot. The key i think is to look at where the ice debris is from the first shot, and aim/split so that you can mop up as much of that as possible.

I two birded this for 89.8k but i have also got 87k using 3 birds and 82k using all the birds if that information helps.

OK HERE IS A NEW STRATEGY !!

Fire the birds as fast as you can. I split them early usually, but that may not best. You probably want to shoot 3….. but i got 83000 using all 4.

By giving up the accuracy of your shots a little bit, the blue birds from the first shot are now still “active” (not dissapeared) while the second wave of 3 birds hit. They will now do additional damage simply by being in the mix of everything crashing. When the 3rd wave comes crashing in hopefully you now have 9 birds damaging thing….. you might have 8 or 7 of course as well

This system of quick shooting also works brilliantly on the Mighty Hoax level with the two stone towers and ice bridge. It’s how I *finally* 3 starred it. (I forget the level # but you get 4 blue birds to shoot and it’s within 10 levels of the last level i believe)

This way is also a pretty fun way to attempt this and the MH level
