Angry Birds Rio Melon Walkthrough Level 5 (5-5)

This video shows you how to get the hidden melon in level 5 (5-5). Blow up the TNT right in front of the slingshot. The melon will end up bouncing around the level and break on its own.

i got my watermelon by accident. i shot my white bird, it hit the tnt and the melon fell and yet i never realized. when i got the melon i was like what the h*ck.

I keep blowing the tnt up, but no melon appears. Its the only one I haven’t got. :-(

If no melon appears, then you already have this one. It is entirely possible to get this melon without intent: Destroying the structure often sends debris back towards the slingshot and will hit the TNT. Try the other levels to see if you can find your 15th watermelon. (My advice is 5-2).

The video is here, but to get the watermelon in 5-2, you must blow up the TNT just next to the umbrella at the far far right of the level. (The TNT is not visible on all devices, but the explosion is.) The explosion will cause a labeled crate to swing down on a chain. Break the chain or crate to find the watermelon.

I shot the white bird to the left and dropped the egg on the crate there. After a minute of things bouncing all over the place, I got my watermelon. It was quite interesting to watch.

I tried to do the same thing but hit the melon with the white bird body. It went high enough but was not strong enough to knock it down. So egged the tnt box. Fun level,to experiment with.

Something is wrong. I’m hitting the TNT right below the slingshot, but the melon never appears. I’ve been waiting like hoping to watch it bounce around but it will simple never show up. And the label is always there when restarting! Is there any know issue with this version 1.4.3 for my iPod Touch?

No issue we know of with this level.
You probably have this melon already. It happened to me also ;)
