Angry Birds Rio Market Mayhem Walkthrough Level 24 (14-9)

One strategy for Market Mayhem level 14-9 is to “shoot the moon” with the White bird, bombing the main structure and ricocheting the bird into the small wooden block holding the boulders. If done well, the only shot that remains is another “moon” shot with the Yellow bird, blasting downward through the remaining wooden blocks. The score in the video below is 90,120.

Works just as well, maybe better, if you send the white bird just above the metal cylinder, then explode just before the wooden triangle, easier to aim, at least?

I’m pretty sure the best strategy is to lob the white bird, dropping the bomb on the plank holding the… flowers? fruits? Well, whatever the red thing is. You want the carcass to fly up, destroying the upper wooden triangle and continuing on to break the wood holding back the boulders. Then pray for good destruction and clean up with the yellow bird if necessary. I got 100k this way.

Did mine the same way. Thanks @austinrhl. Didn’t have any success dropping the egg before the wood plank. The shell went up and came down on the wood planks near the structure.

Got 103,520 with shot just like video that happened to fall right for 1 bird. The big rock came down and detached the top half of the right side from the wall. Things fell through and mooshed things around. Surprise surprise when no marmosets left.

Switched birds, white bird hugh arc and when it’s nearing the ground before the flowers, drop the egg. The carcas destroyed the left part of the structure. Then the yellow one to remove the wood below the boulders. These boulders did the rest.
Not a hugh score but a decent one.

I got a crazy one birdie for 101440 by accident. I was going for a shot similar to walkthrough, trying for a one birdie as @78rpm mentioned above but WB ended up more to the left. So I dropped egg over hanging flower area and her deflated body went into the structure lower then expected and she missed the wood piece holding the boulders. Her body did enough damage without them and cleared the level! That was a nice surprise ;-D Here’s a screenshot of what it looked like:

Details for Nook Color:

Using walk-through strategy. Zoom all of the way in. Pull hen down until the edge of her bloated body just touches the edge of the slingshot support. Release. Trigger the egg bomb so that her body blast through the top, large wooden triangle of the main structure. This should slow her body down and send it into the wooden chock holding back the rock stones.

If you haven’t aced it, then launch yellow bird at the same angle as the hen. Blast downward into the bottom of the wooden structure that remains at the right.

First bird just like the video, many times. And once (by a nice polish evening), was very lucky. Everything collapsed fastly, and the result was amazing : 111660 !!!

I realize that it’s been nearly 10 years since the High Score for this level was posted, but was the score ever verified?

This score is more than 3700 points higher than second place.
In 2013 photographic proof-of-score was not required, and I believe power-ups were available.
No accusations, just questions.
