Angry Birds Rio Market Mayhem Walkthrough Level 2 (13-2)

One strategy for Market Mayhem level 13-2 is to loft the Red bird high, breaking the horizontal plank in the middle tower. If you don’t clear the level with a single bird, which is very possible, you can simply snipe the leftmost marmoset to finish off. The score in the video below is 92,050.

I got a one birdie for 93630 so far by sending first red bird with a pretty flat arch to hit the diagonal wood plank on the first structure. He should break this wood then roll/bounce to middle structure off the top cement blocks, then land on the middle wooden plank that’s sticking out, break through. The cement planks should fall below taking out the wooden crates, causing a chain reaction. These levels seem fun so far ;-) Glad to be back in Rio!!!

@lesleyg I got my higher scores this way too – through the diagonal plank. It can play out in different ways, but I had the bird push the stone blocks over & as they fell they knocked back & forth & took out the large bottom crate on the right. The right tower toppled taking out the left tower.The left tower needs to completely fall down to the left for the points. Found this way a bit easier than a high arc hitting the plank.
Rio is my least favourite of the AB games, but I have to agree, it’s a nice change to be back here :)

Hi @lesleyg, I changed my nickname but it’s still the same old me. I got a 2 bird kill by going first for the left lower crate on the first structure, and the second bird to the lime green labeled crate…Getting that first crate to break can be a little unnerving but break it does and the second one is no problem.

I got my 96k + by sending L’il Red up in a high arc to hit the horizontal wood plank sticking out in the gap between the two towers. He does, though, seem to need to hit right at the intersection with the vertical stone plank that is standing on the wood.
This seems to be a variation of the @lesleyg shot described above – the point is to break that wood plank.
Pretty repeatable. Got 95+ a few times.

And, of course, requires the big L!

I used the same strategy thanks for posting @78rpm. I was trying to complete comex666 strategy but got lucky with the first shot with a one bird solution. Zoomed in and used the the saddle with the edge of awning as an aiming tip.

I hit the horizontal wood right below this, the cement blocks took out the orange crate on the bottom of 2nd structure and pushed first structure off to the left.
