One strategy for Market Mayhem level 13-1 is to speed the Yellow bird through the chains holding the boulders above the level. Damage can vary a bit, but the goal is to clear most of the marmosets. Use a White bird to bomb the leftmost remaining marmoset, destroying some boxes as well to earn extra points. If needed, snipe any remaining monkeys with another Yellow bird. The score in the video below is 77,570.

First bird accelrate through left most labeled fruit crate,this will also damage second tower and will fall to the left! Second bird bomd the remains of the first two towers and make sure that the bird continues upwards and cuts the first chain! If lucky enough this should give you 2 bird solution,often the last tower will be left standing,use another bird to wipe it out,got my score excatly this way! Regarding 3* mimimum,I had 77k and that is 3*!

This one didn’t work for me. I had better success just above leftmost crate, with full destruction of tower 2. Then, bomb leftmost crate and wish for the best. 94,730 so far.

this was a great level to start off with, and I actually enjoyed Fruit Market. Need to tweak my score here though.

I find doing the reverse works better for me. I take the top structure out first with the yellow bird. If you get a good collapse you will destroy most of the middle and have a part collapse in the last structure. I then aim the white bird to drop between the first two structure, but you then want it to hit the top box in the 2nd structure in order to come back down soon enough to crash into the remains of teh last structure. 93540 so far but more is possible

I essentially have the same strategy as that of rocklands, though my first yellow bird follows a high arc, such that when it is approaching the left sand hanger I accelerate it so that it releases the hanging top structure while the yellow bird helps destroy the middle structure. The downside of this strat is it rarely damages the right structure to a good extent. The only time I could (in which case the entire left column of the right structure was destroyed), I managed 95990. There were only 3 boxes left on the ground – 2 on the far left, and one on the far right.

101,780. Yellow bird into the corner of the labelled crate so that it goes through and takes out the bottom crate of the second structure causing it to collapse to the left, scores of 25K plus achievable. Second bird lob it so that it passes below the hanging platform and activate it so that it ricochets up destroying the platform and sprays the crates and rocks over the remaining structures.

Thanks @newcybroon for the post and @comex666 for the video. Was able to obtain an above average score. Obtained good destruction with very few items remaining but the higher scores 95k and above I could not get. Obtained this score by activating white bird very close to the platform and pushing it into the right structures. All the bonus blocks were activated.
