Our strategy for Hidden Harbor Level #12 is to arc the Blue birds high, aiming for the TNT on the extreme right side. Finish the level with another set of Blue birds straight ahead. The score in the video below is 168,460.

First shot should hit the two TNT boxes in the foremost part of the boat as well, otherwise one doesn’t get three stars. The second shot can clear the only remaining, leftmost TNT too, with a nice split before the left edge of the black platform. Two small BBs hit the upper structure, the bottom one hits the TNT.

Around 156-157k for two stars, if one of the falling small BBs fails to hit the two TNTs. Quite consistently.

New high score by different method.

1. First bird down towards water. SPLIT IMMEDIATELY. One blue bird takes out front structures. One blue bird goes under water, comes up on the far side setting off the TNT under the middle structure.

2. Second bird high over the top to set off the far right TNT.

Two leftover birds. Set high score with second attempt at this method. 180k, will play more later to try to improve score.

This is a brilliant alternative to the video method, and one I don’t think I would’ve ever considered. It also has the merit of being very repeatable, for those aspiring to improve their scores. Your method boosted mine by over 10k, and your willingness to share is greatly appreciated!

P.S. After trying a few times, I clearly understood why you put “split immediately” in all caps. For the shot to work, the little “poof” where he splits needs to be in the sling…at least it did for me. Such helpful clarification is appreciated as well.

@myselfiandme I also was flinging under water and splitting immediately as you say but i gave up lol..I kept getting one-birders with low points. But now that I’m reading here I see @raven22 persisted longer than i and ended up with a great score! Soo thanks for posting your strat now i will go back to flinging this way:):)

High score for now using the same first shot for a one-birder. Had several one-birders for only about 167k, because the lower right part of the structure remained. Finally some flying debris triggered the far right-hand TNT crate and blew everything away. Could probably go higher, as there was still some random debris scattered around.

I just want to add my note of thanks. It is one of the most repeatable strategies that I’ve come across in a long time. The specific results definitely have a luck element to them, but I don’t think any other strategy could even come close.

Thank you @Myselfiandme, this was easily repeatable and I was finally able to get a decent score! You’re right about splitting immediately, made it easier to get the right trajectory for the top Blue to get into the boat.

Here’s another @myselfiandme fan …. So far on iPad I’ve managed 177640 & on iPhone with the help of a 3k bonus gift box 180610 with little if any real effort. With better vision & attention to detail I can envision more points than the 182k HighScore are possible.

Have top score, for now, with a one-birder where the right most structure collapsed and blew up the TNT barrel. I had a fairly ordinary collapse of the left structure so there was quite a deal of debris left over. I think with a better collapse of the left side combined with a collapse of the right side, scores of over 190k are possible. Thanks @myselfandme for a great strategy.

Thanks @myselfiandme, great strategy! I was following the walkthrough but only managed 2*. Then I tried send BB under water to reach the TNT on the right side of the boat, until I read you strategy. Well finally 3* and 5th place.

Great strategy, @myselfiandme Glad you saw what we all completely overlooked.

FWIW, You don’t have to split right at the sling. It’s possible to split as late as halfway to the boat and still get the blued to spread enough for the desired result.
