Angry Birds Rio Blossom River Walkthrough Level #8

Our strategy for Blossom River Level #8 is to bomb the left side of the level with the White bird, allowing her to ricochet through the small TNT supporting the middle structure. As needed, snipe the remaining marmosets with Pink birds. The score in the video below is 76,800.

I did have 84,390 just like you when I posted. Kept trying and got a few more. I am also stuck at 99% on mighty eagle.

A one-bird clear following the walkthrough video, but aimed Matilda just slightly lower and released the egg just before impact at the top of the steps.

this is my last ditch effort for little WWwwhhiinne.. before i move on!! I just can’t get that tnt to drop.. she WB just keeps smacking into it and the Stubborn little marmoset on the left just keeps dancing! !! I think I’m gonna ask @sunshine if we can add Marmoset Stew to the menu in BP.. or fried marmoset legs? watcha think?

Baaahahahaha @Kathy! Marmoset stew, indeed! Yes, maybe then those tricksters get a clue and disappear more often! And of course, that white fat, stingy-with-her-eggs Matilda doesn’t make things any easier. Sorry the screenshot didn’t work for you. I think you did great on your score anyway.

Did the same strategy for the one bird solution. Thanks for the tip @sweetp on lowering the bird. Dropping the egg right before impact is the key for some good destruction.

What helped me was to try to throw Matilda through the center of the first vertical glass plank at the top of the stairs. Triggering as close as possible. You want to avoid hitting the wood block under it, as that screws up your trajectory.

Even if you miss the trajectory, trigger so her rebound will put her through that glass plank. That can still give an occasional 1-birder

One bird… It depends on the destruction. From 80k to more than 93k with exactly the same shot : the luck of rebounds.

Just barely topped the top score with 2 birds. I was surprised but hey, stranger things have happened.
#1 as in the video with triple duty: bomb front, detonate TNT and drop in front of the boxes the back. Luck & patience are a must here.
#2 with double duty: direct hit and then I let it roll as far as possible before I activate it to clear the remains. Good luck!

I’m stuck w 86,500; I’m VERY impressed by ‘parlonsQc’ using 2 birds & getting such a hefty score (almost 95K)! There was mention of luck & patience requirements, tho. I seem to have some luck on occasion – which still does NOT offset my LACK of patience :-). I’m encouraged, now – tho. THX! – Rogue
