Our strategy for Poached Eggs level 1-20 is to aim the first two Yellow birds low until you bust through destroying the pig on the left. Fling the third Yellow bird at a very high arch so it comes down through the top of the structure, taking out the remaining pig. The score in the video below is 52,440.
Version 2022:
Easy method to get above average: 2 birds high arc (1st ideally in between left thick vertical block and the thick block up the left stone block). Second bird to finish it off. Top 5 best scores with this method between 62720-62950 (very close range as you can see).
I’m still trying to get this one 1-birded, since I know it’s possible. Have been close a few times.
Using the 1st bird as shown in the video, I got very lucky once and had the large stone block (and the wood block above it) tumble out to the left. This caused the upper structure and boulder to wobble and do a very delayed slow tumble to the left, letting debris fall into the bottom, taking out the remaining piggies for a one bird solution.
Collateral damage, however, was low with this slow-motion method, so your 2 bird score beats my 1-bird.
I followed your suggestion, and on my first try, got it with one bird! I have already 3 starred all AB levels, but in the last few weeks, I’ve been replaying many of them to see if I can increase my scores. In this case, I did, by about 7,000 points. Thanks for the tip. :)
Another level where it seems to be much easier to score now. have had a number of 1-birders, but so far my best is 68k with two birds as described by @vaporizer.
Yeah, going over some of these old levels, just to beat the average, my flinging skills seemed to have improved a lot over the last 5 years ;-)
One bird done with my score. I thought I had posted this before, so I’m not sure what happened to it. Attacking from the sky is a much better option. Lob your first bird, and dive bomb him towards small weak boards on left side of the boulder. Just barely miss the large board that is holding up the boulder. That board will slow you down. The other board that looks like that, the one lying directly on top the left rectangular stone, you also need to avoid. Basically you need to split them. The bird should go through first layer with ease, and weaken the bottom long supporting board significantly. On rare occasion, the bird will descend all the way through the structure, but not as rarely as you might think. If you have to use the second bird, and usually you will, do him the same way as the first. I scored 65k with my two bird solution, and so can you.
thank you, I have been going NUTS trying the way it shows in the video, and now I’ve tried your solution and got almost 65k. FINALLY!!!
@dollarbill2208 Thanks for strategy Bill. I increased a few thousand. Your write up was very easy to follow.
Thanks Bill for this, increased by 3K
In fact, I’ve found that going that way, and getting the boulder to roll off the structure seems to make the strat work better. Got a 4k increase doing it this way.
like @dollarbill2208 thx
high arc, here a video with 72k:

Angry Birds Space has gotten me so used to the laser bird that it’s pretty difficult to use the Yellow Bird for me now! Especially this level.
Tips for eagle destruction on Chrome:
– The keys to this feather are keeping your debris compact, and lowering almost everything. I would aim at a high trajectory until the structure falls (at the horizontal stack of wood blocks). Then clear any waste that falls off the edge. Put the can as close to the middle as you cab and make sure you catch that big rock with the Eagle!
I just got a one-birder, flew him low & fast, total fluke! Scored only 55,140 :/
The high score I have to beat on Facebook is 70,780. Been using all applicable posted helps and can’t get higher than 58,500. Any suggestions?
Flagging as strategy though only the results are different. Same as @dollarbill2208, arc through the three thin boards on top. As reported by @bonneypattycat:

Chuck now penetrates much more easily going all the way to the bottom most of the time. Before, I had hundreds of frustrating flings without getting a one-bird. Now, it happens often. Averaging 65-70K with one outlier at 74K. Looking at the damage, I don’t expect high scores to go up much, but I expect a lot more scores in the 70-75K range.
I also tried the horizontal shot, but never got a one-bird with it.
Strange with all this new changes to the levels. Easy pickings. Levels I´ve played days on ends – and now beating my old records over and over again. 2k from overtaking Murash the undisputed hero of Poached Eggs – I am worthy of being above him?
@quiennely, @birdleader @amslimfordy I flagged up this score as it looks very very very high, if not impossible. :-) Probably a typo error…
Thank you @angry-birds-addict 88k is definitely not possible.
75760 with 1 bird.
The only trick that I can give is to use a slightly reduced speed to get a better angle into the structure.
Here is the final result for the Daily Challenge.
And this is highscore screenshot.

@sweetp
Too late for the puppy but have clawed my way back to top score.

I just got 77,632 appears to be a new high score, just after I got 75,900+. This is on AB Classic which maybe has slightly weaker wood? I used the high arc and then fired down to the left of the big boulder, and the bird shot right down to the ground clearing the way for the boulder and stone block to crush the pigs.
