Walkthrough video and non power-up strategy for Angry Birds Friends on Facebook Tournament Level 3 Week 78, which began the week of November 11th, 2013. Our strategy for this level is to simply work your way down the stone structure until all the pigs are cleared. The score in the video below is 196,350.

My strategy for 217K points with power-ups. Wingman SS and KS, white, black, white, black, white and white birds:

KS Black Bird, on a high Arc, bring down into rock pit. SS Wingman, High Arc into pit. White Bird dropping egg into pit. Continued until all pigs gone 218K
only used 4 birds loaded wingman to the middle high arc
same with other 3 birds
On PC this is pretty easy. I did it with windowed mode. pulling the trigger way behind small game screen. took a dot on the screen as an aiming point and kept throwing 4 birds. KS BB, SS WM, and then WB and BB to round up.
On iPad, 3-birds:
1) KS BB on very steep arc to center-left of pit;
2) SS WM on slightly steeper arc to right-center of pit;
3) BB on steep arc to middle of pit. Hopefully it will go down as far as possible and get smothered by falling stone debris before self-dentonating.
Non Power Up:
Funny,Almost Same score with No P/U’S. Black Bird on a high Arc, so I had it come down on the left side of pit. White bird dropping to left side, continue flinging…….3 birds left 212k
Again hard to three-star without PUs.
1: High arc, hit in the middle.
2: Egg in the middle.
3: As 1.
4: As 2.
5: As 1.
Bird #5 should clear the last pigs and detonate the TNTs. By now, you need at least 160k + 30k bonus points for three stars. If not, keep launching the remaining three birds for as much destruction as possible. You need to clear most of the stones in the middle of the level to reach 190k.
Yes this was my non-PU strat as well, I like the high arc best because it is easier to aim. Pull the BB down to the left just where it gives a “full” pull right next to the sling shot and release – that should get you right into the middle of the stones. Keep hitting the same place w all birds. Yes I also killed all pigs with 3 birds remaining, but not enough points. So keep a count; I only needed to use 2 birds to get to what I thought would be 3*, and kept the last bird for its 10K. Previously I used the last bird, but did not get 10K back in destruction.
I started from the left side where the first upper pig was and got 195K with all birds at first but one time things went better and I got 214K without PU’s. Don’t remember the number of birds I used.
Damn, if I only could remember how I exactly got this 214K. I just remember that I didn’t use PU’s and I started from the left side. Right now I only can get near 200K with all birds.
216,530 with Stone Crusher and 6 birds. Maybe I used it first time also…
It’s not that hard, once all pigs are gone there is likely to be lots of stones to be destroyed.
Start working your way down from the left side where the first pig is (the structure is weaker there).
I got 214k something without powerups like that.
Not hard? I dare you to repeat that score! :-)
I agree. Don’t know how many times I’ve hit that screen. 204K is the best I can come up with. I know it can be done. Someone I play against has 217K and none of us use PU’s.
Finally 219K! Used stone crusher sling. Before I was high-arcing the bombs, but just tossing the egg birds across the structure. Having the egg birds come down from the arc definitely throws the egg bombs harder into the structure.

On mobile:
1. WM+SS.
2. WB so it bounces and falls in the pit after dropping the egg.
3. BB.
4. WB so it bounces and falls in the pit, again.
Always high arcs.
