Well I can’t believe after update 2.33.1 I was given a lower bird level, spells, hats etc. After trying to get Support for this issue this is what I was instructed to do by 3 people and I have Again and Again and Again explained, sent pics of issues to these same people and the they at Rovio had the audacity to ASK ME HOW WAS THE SUPPORT I received been. This is what I said, there is no SUPPORT when support did not do anything to fix bugs in updates 2.31, 2.32 an recent 2.33.1 for IPad users who know to synch their devices before updates are down loaded and logged into Game Center and always using Bluetooth and saving before logging out of AB2.
