This video shows you how to get the skull that is hidden in Bad Piggies When Pigs Fly Level 3-29. The skull is at the extreme right, high above the finish line. The strategy here is almost unsatisfying. Create a little rocket ship and angle it via an unattached wheel. Blast off! If unsuccessful, just try again.

There seem to be some subtle “secrets” to this game: It matters in which order you attach the various components. You need to attach the rocket on the left first. When you do, it starts a microsec before the one on the right, causing the contraption to take a more horizontal path. Otherwise the one on the right starts first, and the vehicle’s path is way too high.
Totally right that is strange that the left rocket added first will hit the skull, whereas the right will not.
For the skull…
Place metal wheel in bottom right corner. Rocket to left of wheel.
Place box and pig above wheel. Empty box to left of pig then rocket on left of box. Both rockets facing right. Take off and you should hit the cliff, roll down to skull then roll to finish.
MUCH better strategy! Other way kept sending me off course. This method nailed it first try, just as detailed.

My strategy was to use;
Rocket Box/Pig Rocket
Wood Wheel
Box Metal Wheel Box
This unbalances the little rocket ship above enough to tilt it towards the right.
This way, you can make it at once! It’s reproduceable!
Place the Pieces in the following order starting form left above:
Rocket|Box+Pig|Rocket|empty
Empty|metal-wheel|empty|wooden wheel upsidedown
wooden box|empty|wooden box|wooden box
The Rockets have to face upward. After starting, the Rocketship will fall down into the gap. Wait, until it’s tilted slightly to the right. Then go ahead and fire the rockets!
No need for a contraption. Just place the pig on the top right corner of the slots. He will drop, roll, drop again, hit the top of the slope and bounce back towards the skull. Fast and easy.
I think you’re talking about a different level.
Have a box on the ground with a metal wheel attached to its right. Dont ask me why it has to be metal but it does. Build a two box rocket with the bottom box right above the wheel. Place the pig in the top box of the rocket and put a firework on each side of the pig. You have to ignite as soon as you hit play and the rocket will point in the right direction with a little bit of consistency.
