Lost everything in SWII

  • Has anyone else lost all their progress, cache of coins, and acquired characters in SWII recently? Everything I had worked so hard for is gone! I have notified Rovio support several times but have had no response from them thus far. Does anyone know how to help resolve this? Thanks in advance!

    @cconnielf — Don’t know if this will solve your problem, but if you are logged into your Rovio account, log out hard close all apps, restart your device, load ABSW II, and log into your Rovio account. I assume you are getting the notifications that your support request was received, right?
