To put it differently, birdcoin and gem karts evolve and you can add 9 bars of Speed, Acceleration, Handling and Strength to the golden bars you start out with.

Cash karts don’t evolve. With these you can fill up the grayed out bars and that’s it.

Err… why is there no Chuck’s kart Wall Magnet? I’m using that instead of Hal’s.
