Angry Birds Mighty Eagle Total Destruction Walkthrough Level 2-14

I found this level’s birds should be used to clear one side of the level so that there is a smaller area for the Mighty Eagle to hit. Have a different method for achieving Total Destruction? Let us know below.

After obtaining 3 stars on every level of every version on the iPhone I was glad to see Feathers come into play…though I am regretting it now! I feel the points system is on par with Drew Carey’s from Whose Line Is It Anyway! I destroyed more than what was shown and I only got 95%?!?!? Thanks Drew!!

OK alternate method…shoot the birds towards the far end of the train destroying the farthest “cars” while working your way back. You will only be able to destroy up to the three watermelons in the “v”. Then send the can in front of the watermelons and between the “caboose”. I did this twice back to back while typing this. You will have 2 big “red wheels” and one small grey on left along with a board. Make that 3 times while typing this, the last one left one big “red” wheel and one small grey one.

Thanks Bravo for the alternate strategy. Taking out the train at the far right end does work but would modify it with:
1. WB bomb the far right car pushing it back to the “V” on the right.
2. WB bomb the second from the right car pushing everything back to the “V”
3. WB bomb the “V” on the right side
4. WB bomb the watermelons in the “V” on the left side
5. Place the sardine can behind the train on the left. It can be on slant or the flat part of the green stone but near the back to the remaining train on the left side.

I have a Chrome version and i did what the video told me but there was a bit more debris left..?? I only got 91% and i think that the Mighty Eagle bounce is different and more extended on Chrome. I need help. THANKS

It’s not simply the quantity that is destroyed, but the content. Things such as boulders and wheels are far more “valuable” towards Total Destruction.

I played this level on facebook and well, I destroyed everything, there was not a melon or a rock or a wheel left but the game keeps telling me that I only destroyed 99%. With two birds I destroyed the two cars on the right, including the melons in the gap. After that I shot an egg on the car with the big wheels, so most of it is destroyed, except the big wheels and the part with the pig. That is what I destroyed with the last bird and then I throw the eagle-can into the watermelons on the left. The Eagle destroyed every melon and all the remaining wheels and woodbars.
It is frustrating, because until now I used nearly 30 cans for this level. Is there something I’m missing? I already reported my problem on the angrybirds facebook page, they sent me here.

I have the same problem. I have literally destroyed everything on the screen (I’m sure of it) and still only get 99%. I’ve watched several walkthroughs and they all seem to leave plenty of debris (including valuable debri) on the screen but that would probably not even get me to 90% on the Chrome version. Something is different in the Chrome version in the calculations. I’m not sure what else to do because I’ve destroyed everything. And even when I only leave one tiny piece of wood (not even a whole piece, but literally a fragment about 1 mm in size), I get 98%. Quite harsh…

i’ve recently began playing angry birds on my tablet & of course i became addicted. i’ve found all the golden eggs & have stars for them except the ones that u need 3 stars for because i haven’t beaten all the levels with 3 stars yet(which is my next agenda). anyway im curious about these feathers, sardine cans & the mighty eagle…im very confused. so my question is will feathers come into play after i’ve beaten all levels with 3 stars & how do i gain them?????

Mighty eagle is a paid extra that adds another layer of gameplay. It can be used to pass a difficult level and also to achieve total destruction which is counted in percentages. When you achieve 100%, you are awarded a feather for that level.
So yes, players usually go back and replay the levels with a different tool = Mighty Eagle.

Six months ago when I first played this level in Chrome I scored 93% with a couple wheels and some blocks left. Recently I have wiped out everything but 2 tiny damaged remnants of wooden blocks and can’t get higher than 85%. Something has changed with the game.
