Here is our Space Eagle Total Destruction video walkthrough for Angry Birds Space Pig Dipper level 6-20. Send Lazer south to detonate the tnt, and destroy some of the underwater pigs. Then drop the Sardine can under the floating debris. Finally finish off the last helmet pig in the tower with Lazer.

1. Land the 1st Sardine Can behind the duck into the plant and tnt.
2. Arc the 2nd Sardine Can to land on the floating wood over near where the big pig sat on top of the wood.
A few aiming tips:
Zoom out about half way so the small planet on the top-left is visible, no need to see the others. Pick a background star that get the Sardine Can close to the landing point on the bridge between the two stone columns above the purple shell. Adjust your launch around the star and then you will hit the bridge more consistently. Also noticed that if the Sardine Can in not deep into the space either touching the bridge or very close to it, a pig usually remains or the three pigs in the bubble does not get busted.
