Here is our Space Eagle Total Destruction video walkthrough for Angry Birds Space Pig Bang level 1-24. Launch a sardine can counterclockwise around the planet, triggering the Space Eagle when the can is at the base of the eastern structure. Then use either another sardine can or a Lazer bird to pop the pig in front of the slingshot and destroy the little house next to him. If you follow the video the feather is yours. It seems best to activate on contact.
When compared to the ME the SE seems easier to obtain.

Save yourself a space eagle here. Shoot the bomb bird at the lone pig on south side of the planet and try to keep it close to knock down the structure. Then stick the sardine can right in the spot in the video of the first shot.

2 eagles- first one was like the video, but instead at aiming at the bottom, aim at the top of the wooden structure, should take out everything except the top pig wearing the helmet, use the secound SE to kill him
