One strategy for Season’s Greedings level 1-22 is to loft a Yellow bird over the main structure, speeding through the horizontal plank supporting the leg of ham. Drop the bomb from the White bird between the first two towers, causing the middle tower to fall to the left and popping all pigs there. Fire the last Yellow bird into the right tower, trying to break the presents on the far side. The score in the video is 81,850.

Fire the yellow bird into the block below the first structure. It should clear the left side. Then fire the egg bird along side the right structure. It will collapse it. Then fire yellow bird to the bottom wood blocks remaining to collapse it with the presents. Total score 97,930. Consistently getting in 90’s.

@angrygrx Hi there , congratulations on the trophy,uhmm unfortunately it’s under attack for the daily challenge, would it be to much to ask which strat you used? i didn’t see a post among the many above,sorry if i missed it. and I guess i wouldn’t blame you for giving away your strat and putting your trophy on the line:/ just thought I’d ask :/

Hi Kathy,
i searched in old strat files and found this one, thanks to DonnMega.
->
“112,390 w/2. 1st y/b in a high arc, aim is for the bottom of the vertical wood plank to the left of the top two pigs in the back tower. needs to go through the vertical and continue down through horizontal two pigs are sitting on either y/b or debris will fall right to pop the 3x presents. score should be 32-36k. 2nd w/b sent almost horizontal from the sling you want to release the egg to the right of santa pig and onto the stone plank next to him. carcass will bounce of boulder and push stone structure to the right and topple middle tower.”

@kathy I’m up to 111k using this great strategy from DonnMega which he details with pics on pg 1.
The 2nd shot not only pushed the middle tower over but then the middle ended up pushing the right tower partly over for more points. I’m not getting it to work too often but it did improve my score. Good luck :)

Hi @kathy

I didn’t realise this was the daily challenge for yesterday but it just happens that I was playing 1-22 anyway so this may help.

I followed the strategy in the @e-star video for shot one although I haven’t managed to get more than 27k on the shot so far. I restarted if the uprights fell backwards on to the tower as the second shot needs to get low. I found the second shot tough as I couldn’t get into the gap from a medium lob, so I tried a high lob with the white bird about a pixel away from the edge of the sling and dropped the egg into the gap. I haven’t managed to drop the far right tower so far but I have managed to get to 105k with 3 birds, a slight improvement on my old score. A bit more effort and I think I can clear with two birds. I hope this helps.

Thanks @Tiffin , that works :) I too needed 3 birds but i improved my score by 1k , it’s start lol I have terrible trouble getting in low enough ,and close enough with Matilda , she hates me!! I’ll keep trying but i doubt I’ll get anywhere close to the top score of 113k !

Well that’s odd, i just got notice that @karen68 was the new leader in today’s challenge with 111k ..hmmm..but the leader here still says angryGRX with 113k..am i 9n the wrong lev3l?

@kathy, I got one of those emails too. @karen68 is showing on the overall leaderboard with a score of 111050, but angryGRX is still top. You are on the right level?

One thing I forgot to mention in my earlier email about using E-star’s strategy is the first bird bounce. The bird needs to bounce on the horizontal plank before it hits the wood. Every time I hit the wood without the bounce the uprights always fell backwards onto the tower, meaning a reset.

Good shooting by the way. Now the 3Ps (patience, persistence and perseverance) might get better scores for both of us ?

Thanks @Tiffin , yes i got a reply from Karen explaining that she was top of the most improved list ,hence the notification, she got her score using Donnmega strat above, as did angrygrx , I’ve tried it a few times, its a hard strat.
thanks for the extra tip on the bounce, it is a pita when those supports fall backwards ?
I hope your right and our 3P’s will bring us some ‘L’ factor ?
