This is one of the levels where you don’t need to use any birds. Just send the sardine can so it rests on the top of the first brown wall, next to the stone block.
LOL … you are so right… and I spent an age trying to pre-clear it with all the birds to TD this level!! Now just cleared the whole lot placing the sardine can exactly where you said… :-)
