Take down the second tower and then perch the can on the left side of the second level.

Is there a problem with gaining the feathering this level? I have been trying a lot and keep getting 97-99%. I have been able to destroy all but three blocks in most of my attempts! Any suggestions?? Thanks!

I agree, on IPhone 4 it seems to be impossible. Never had trouble like this before, there has to be a glitch.

There is no glitch — it is just a difficult feather to obtain. Keep at it. It is indeed possible.

I stand corrected, I finally got it, just took forever, used a slightly different method. Hit the first tower with the first bird, then cleaned up the tower on the right with the other two birds 

Ridiculous. All but one block and still got a 99%. Definitely a glitch.

All of the wires/string have to be demolished.

1. First two Blue Birds like the video to take out the right structure.
2. Third Blue Bird into the glass plank where the video says to place the Sardine Can. Took out the top and upper left side of the left structure.
3. Sardine can on top of the thick glass block that rests on the thick wood post near the bottom front left side. Also gained a feather having the can rest on top of the wood block and the glass to the right.
