This video shows you one way to achieve 100% Total Destruction on the Angry Birds Rio Market Mayhem Level 16 (14-1). Our strategy is to use the first three birds to destroy the leftmost tower. The last Yellow bird should attack the base of the middle tower, then toss the sardine can onto the rubble of the middle tower. The Mighty Eagle should pitch downward, swooping away both the middle and right towers.
