To get total destruction in Year of the Dragon level 1-2 lob the orange bird up so he lands on the small pile of boulders to the right of the TNT. Fire the white bird straight away, dropping the egg bomb when you’re over the ice blocks. Now launch the yellow bird into the opening at the first pig. Load the fish on the slingshot and fire him straight away as well.

It’s mostly luck that is a factor if you want to use the fish only. Throw the koi right above the 2 kois and get the red koi to go in between the glass and metal.
Actually better if you hit the 2 kois.

What worked for me is to hit the 2 kois (as blhalb09 said), and have the red koi land mostly horizontal on the 2 rightmost ice blocks (glass?), just below the first vertical stone (metal) block. The only detail I am really adding is the resting position of the red koi. Also wasn’t sure what “metal” referred to.

Something weird just happened when I made that comment. Everything disappeared except the yellow bar at the top and the comments.
Now it’s back to normal.
1. Launch Orange Bird into the high left tnt to get the three big rocks rolling and falling.
2. Launch the Fish into the cavity where the big pig with the cone hat sat or launch the Fish into the two hanging Kois and have the red Fish come to rest in the middle of the glass blocks.
