To get total destruction in Year of the Dragon level 1-11 try to blow up the first TNT with the yellow bird. If you do, a large portion of the structure will collapse. Now launch big brother towards the back part of the structure to destroy as much of what is left as possible. The red bird can be used for clean up. Shoot the fish towards the very back part of the level so it lands around the second gap.

My strategy was to place the koi it between the first 2 towers.
1. Yellow Bird into the tnt like the BirdLeader video above.
2. Launch the Fish with direct and tight hit on the flower at the left side of the dark brown base rock next to the wood box with the red and black inside. The Fish can also be placed on top of the box with the red and black inside.
