I read that thread previously, but I don’t believe it answers my question. Perhaps I can clarify.

My mailbox has a number of messages from friends, all of which are marked with a check. If a message is asking for help with a gate, how do I actually manage to help unlock the gate? I can’t find a way to click the message to do so, nor can I find anything on their Nest page.
