Ugh, I lost my Halloween cart twice. Just opened ticket with Rovio.
I heard back from Rovio today and they got back all my progress in the game! Thankfully I had Rovio cloud. Well done!
@bad-piggies-2 I got am email from them asking for more information but have not had anything restored yet.
