    I’ve got this same problem in the last event. I couldn’t do anything, just watch the second place surpass me. I even tried to uninstall and reinstall the game, but with no success.

  • @ronda-edly, shame to hear about your issue, I have never came across this but @sethy has had the issue as stated above.

    As you spent money to get gems to use in the event I would open a support ticket with Rovio to at least try and get your gems back.

    as its not a common issue I don’t know of any fixes that could help.
