Lost access to iPad originally used for the game. Wondering if I can start back up with a different iPad. (old ipad2, tried to purchase gems for new bot. Problems connecting to iTunes. In the attempt to resolve the issue, iPad locked up. Not worth taking to Apple)

Started with the update to 1.34.2.4 (iOS) and I’m crashing every other time the game is played. Sounds like I’m not the only one. Very frustrating….!

Thank you for the reply. My FB page was hacked recently and I shut it down. Looks like I have no way out, unless Rovio can help. Haven’t heard back and I’m assuming I’m SOL. Shame, I liked the game but don’t want to start over…

I’ve been playing ABT about a year and a half. The forum has been helpful in keeping everyone aware of fixes relative to the issues. 7-8 months ago we had a bug “Updating your progress” where players lost a portion of ther coins, gems and pigs earned for a period of time. There was a workaround available until the bug was fixed.

What a shame. 7 months ago a fix was implemented to the “Updating your progress” issue where backup’s weren’t necessary. Just had to hang in there and use any available workarounds. Can only hope it gets fixed in a similar fashion.

I’m playing IOS on an IPad. I’m having success getting past the “Update in progress”. Some time back (several months) this started appearing and eventually was corrected with a patch (version update).

Followed the advice to restart the game to bypass the “Updating Your Progress” issue. It worked great, thank you…!
Looks like we had an update this morning (11-10) v1.8.10.8 and I can’t get pass the bug. The Astrotrain button does not appear to be responding to the touch once the screen appears. Is anyone having this issue..?I play in iOS…[Read more]

Wow, that’s right. Just lost 400k coins and 150+ gems… (9:45am EDT) really have to think about returning to this game. In total I’ve lost close to a million coins through all of the “Updating your progress” issues.

Wow, had 700k+ coins, opened the game and had 570k. Lost gems and pigs as well. There is an available process for release/update/communication for software integration. Can someone at Rovio pls pursue that.?

No access to Transformers game. (7-16-15). Icon has been updated, appears everything has changed. Tapping Icon looks as though it’s starting the game but dies after 5 sec.
