    I was stucked, because i could fling bluebird but the other two i couldn’t reach at all.

    Really? You tell me to update on version 1.5.2 ? Just to remind you, i’m playing version 2.9.(0) on an iPad Air 2 and not on a C 64 ( sorry, that might be before you were born ).
    Finally, i think that what you guys call “support” is just a delaying tactic and you might await, that customers (yes, that’s what we are at least) loose their patience and stop nit-picking.
    By the way, i attached a screenshot. You can see more or less, that in the lower left are three birds. Bluebird is available for me, the other two i couldn’t reach at all. Not to say, that i paid 60 gems for the three birds to beat my opponent, which i didn’t at least.

    Sorry to hear that the game is causing trouble. We actually tweaked the arena already during the weekend, have you noticed any improvements in the matchmaking since? If not, could you please get back to us with screenshots of some of your most recent matches so that I can forward the to the developers to look at?

    Hi Pawel, sorry for the delay but i have been for holidays without any mobile (my wife asked me for and i had to follow her wish).
    So, in your answer you gave me some facts which i already noticed. But i’m missing some answers regarding my thoughts concerning hacking and cheating, which happens every time adter you made an update.

    Thank you for your feedback! Please update the game to version 1.5.2. The developers implemented new tools to block the cheaters. Hopefully it will improve gaming experience and block most of them.

    Hi Rovio-Team,

    I’m from Germany, a 50+aged player and playing constantly a lot of your games. It is still my decision, if i want to make in-app-purchases and i do it from time to time.

    But there is something really wrong ongoing with angry birds 2 at the moment. You do know, that there are a lot of cheaters in this game actually, which blame all normal acting gamers. Visiting the site “angrybirdsnest” i read, that you identified the problem and tried to act against this behavior.
    Let me give you some of my thoughts: if a gamer spents some money, it’s via itunes. So not only you gets some bucks, also apple is participating. If a gamer decides to cheat or uses a hack, he is blaming not only all other honest players, he is also blaming you AND apple. But, if because of this blamers, more and more honest players stop spending money or quit the game?
    For me and many others it is simple to quit the game or delete the app, but for you the consequences will be much harder, i think.
    And what, if some of the honest players will inform several blogs, which will publish this to the gamers AND possible future players?

    I think, you not only have to think about this problem, you have to find solutions. And i mean really working solutions!
    Btw, i really appreciate playing your games, but at the moment it sucks, especially angry birds 2.

    Hi there, i’m new here and the last weeks forced me to register. Because i have had a deja vu, i want to tell you all a short story:
    A few years ago i downloaded a recommended app, it was a tiny little construction game. Not really like the ones you find today, but it was ok for me and lots of other gamers.
    While also playing the same game, a good friend of mine found a community like this one here and enjoyed to log in there, found good friends allover the us, canada and europe which leads at the end in mutual personal visits.
    Now to the game: daily log in gave some benefits, regular updates brought new content and for exclusive new items the players were willing to pay small amounts.
    But then came some updates and with them bugs, which the community reported to the developers. Suddenly a employee of the developer company rushed in the community blog and promised, that all reported bugs would be given to the programming team and should be fixed by them. He (later it was also a female employee) asked for reporting every bug, that we gamers could find and again everything worked after updating well.
    But because real life isn’t a game, the developing company was overtaken by a big asian company and everything changes. No daily benefits anymore, exclusive items became more expensive, updates became a rarity and at least no response anymore from the developers. Not to tell you, that the game went down and in the end the app was closed and taken from the app store.
    Can you imagine, why i had my deja vu?

    Just a note at the end: i have nothing against making profit, but is has to be a good balance…..and only a satisfied customer is a loyal customer. If ab2 is going to be wrecked like it looks like now, i will say goodbye early enough to all rovio games.
    Finally i have to say, that visiting this community here was always a pleasure for me and often enough i find here the solution for any level in any rovio game i played and was acting like a zombie when i despaired in a level.
    I apologise my bad english, i left the school in germany more than 40 years ago, but i hope you understand my intention for my post.
