I’m experiencing the same thing I’ve tried everything that you’ve tried and everything in The Help menu to no avail I did put in a help ticket hoping to hear back but it’s very frustrating and losing a lot of goodies

I am experiencing the same problem I’ve done all the help item menu things that it said to do I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail still crashes
